THE DRAGONHOLD PROLOGUE QUEST
Live from 8 - 14 October
The prologue quest is free, no DLC or Chapter purchase required!
To begin the Dragonhold Prologue, pick up the “Letter from Kasura” quest starter item from the in-game Crown Store (it’ll be listed under Quest Starters).
Find Hinzuur, in Vulkhel Guard, Daggerfall City, or Davon’s Watch and begin the adventure that takes you into the ravaged wildlands of Southern Elsweyr.
In these new quests, you team up with the Redguard swordmaster Sai Sahan to discover lost Dragonguard sanctuaries scattered throughout Tamriel

PROLOGUE REWARDS
You earn a :
- Dragonhorn Curio memento and a
- Dragonguard Banner furnishing for your home
- as well as help unlock the last Dragon Rise Community Quest Completion bar

Was just on the test server, and saw a dragon flying over Daggerfall. It looked incredible. It flew over the town for a while, and I saw some of the townspeople running indoors in terror.* Then the dragon left.

If you have access to the test server, I recommend going and staying in Daggerfall for a while. It's worth seeing.

(*Although some others didn't seem too upset by a dragon flying overhead, and just stayed where they were. Brave souls, I guess.)

I'm extremely disappointed that the last onyx berry is placed behind a pay wall, when the original plan was for a Cyrodiil event. It is a very dishonest direction to take this year long event.

I mean, at the same time, why bother playing an MMORPG if you aren't going to play the content. So, yea, I see absolutely nothing dishonest about this at all either.

They will show up in other zones but you can only fight the ones in Elsweyr.

They aren't going to give free access. Though they ARE selling elyswyr at 50% off. So they aren't completely heartless

The set up looks the same as for the Psijic Villa - and that was per account per platform to be counted towards the goal. It doesn't really spell that out, so is it per toon per platform, or per account per platform? The post does say all Elsweyr players, but doesn't specify further. Anyone know the answer?

I have to agree with this. Not only that, and putting aside the fact that you gave IC for free, all four events for Q3 have been behind a paywall. I'm ESO Plus on 3 of 4 accounts, so not really an issue personally I guess. The only indrik I wanted on my 4th account was the onyx indrik. I only own the Theives Guild dlc, so could only participate in half the Life of Crime event. I don't have Orsinium. I did get IC so thanks for that anyway, and I won't be able to participate in Dragon Rise. So basically I busted my ass to get the 3 berries and as many feathers as possible in one and a half events,and won't get the 4th onyx berry. Can I get a refund on the 2 feathers and 3 berries I did buy?

I love reading all the guides from other players! Truth be told, I was teaching so I didn't see that ZOS had released a schedule for Q4 until I saw this thread. Very helpful! Thank you, marius_buys.

Also, can I just say that I am thrilled that ZOS released a schedule for Q4. With lots of holidays coming up and players having requested better forewarning for a long time, this is a great step forward for ZOS. Much better communication than before!

You know, people made the same argument about the Warden Class and it didn't fly then. But its interesting the people most in an uproar about all of this are either people that no longer play the game and for some reason think they should still have their opinions heard. Or people that haven't bothered to buy the DLC and somehow think they are entitled to participate on the grounds that they play the game.

ZOS can't afford to just give out free things. Thats not how any of this works. If its free for you, someone is somehow paying for it elsewhere. In this case, they are expecting all of this money they spent on free pets, costumes, housing items, charity and sweepstakes is going to generate them profits that exceed the expenses of everything they gave away.

And here you are angry because a for-profit business is seeking profits.

The tickets is 2 the first time you kill an dragon on your account / server.
Assume the reward boxes drop like standard loot.
