For pve stam dps builds, orcs are best without question. They have certain strengths that cannot be overcome.
That is more an issue with how the game is built. There is no catch up mechanisms in ESO. So for example a race that has plus damage baked into their passives will always have that advantage.

All i said was that if Alcast want, he can make build for bosmer or redguard which wont be way behind / numbers wise/ from dunmer or orc. If not even on par.

There is no "unpublished" build. Understand? There is no build that Alcast has that they decided to NOT share with the public. There is no build they decided to keep to them selves that will "even out" the races. If they did they would have posted it.

Whatever builds they have they posted. And whatever stam dps build they have, Orcs do it best. There is no "catch up" build. Any build you can put on an a dark or wood elf, the orcs can do the same exact thing AND do it better.

I really don't understand your problem with making sure all the races can do their jobs equally well. Do you play an orc and you want that advantage over other dps? Because otherwise it does not make sense how you are putting a lot of effort into stopping everyone being treated fairly on their race choice.
