Ideally, I'd like to see racial passives done away with altogether. They don't align with the lore and how the single player games work. Race should simply be a cosmetic choice. It's fine for a race to start more adept at one thing or another, but all races should be able to fill all roles in the end. But ZOS doesn't seem to like that idea.

Also Argonian isnt tank.. in oblivion and skyrim they were assassins mostly , when eso started they become healers and now they are supposed to go tanking?

We can say that races are overall balanced in PVP. So to even out their balance in PVE, just take away bonuses useful for pve dps-ing and add bonuses valuable to PVP.

I.e. remove 1000 health from orc, give 4% healing received, problem solved.

This feels like Zos have opened the door with the last 'race balance' to a money grab. Testing how players would react to having to race change characters. Looks like we fell for it.

its always massive, because it makes difference. people of all skill levels will always be competing against each other. Someone doing more dps because they picked different race is always going to be dumber and feel worse than because they got their gear gold, they did their vma, they are more skilled and even just because they picked current 'better at dps' class.

I see no reason why ppl want orc nerfed so badly.

You're ignoring the fact that Orcs recieve +1000 max health as well. This lets them use sustain food without having to put attributes into health or wear gear that boosts health. This increases their damage even further.

Even if i dont min/max my game skills are way more honed than yours/ and i dont say it to shine or smth.
I min max long enough to know that 2k diference is nothing, even if you are in progresing grp.
About 1k HP diference, is MEH and you know it.
Seoncdary resource like dunmer magica is way more importand than 1k hp (as dps, and even as tank)
Same with1h HP compared to wood elf/red guard sustain passives.
We speak about dps not about survival, so please dont try to convice me how big diference 1k HP means ..

Its only shows that u dont have any exp from rly end-game content. Orcs 1k health is so OP , they only need to run 18 health points instead 25+ (and max stam / stam regen food) compare to other races, what that mean? Its 1k + stamina so instead 2k stam from racial they offer 3k +. Also 1k stamina is around 600-1k dps difference. At the end orcs have a healing passiv which let them using less often vigor (i was a redguard then i changed to orc and there is a difference).

Everyone at every level is competing with peers in small or big way. Everyone can finish 200m sprint, yet people still compete how fast. Both children in school and professional athletes.

Regardless of bias, that statement is a fact. The Breton “7%” cost reduction is about 30% weaker than it was prior to Elsweyr, due to the change from additive to multiplicative calculation.
