Why are you ESO+

I'm curious what makes you all go ESO+?
Personally I'm use to it since I use to have to pay to play, never really cancelled lol.. But the bank slots, craft bag and housing slots definitely play a big roll into keeping my subbed anytime I play

All of the above and the relative discount on crowns... Keeps me from buying more of them lol. It's cheaper than a movie, well worth part of the entertainment budget.

I'm going to be the one guy that sticks his head in and screams "IM NOT" as loud as he can. i refuse to pay for anything with a subscription model, i don't use nexflix or hulu, and I dont pay for streaming services, free spotify and pandora work fine. hell, i even use a pay-as-you-go phone, if i want something i want to be able to make a one time purchase, not a fan of subscriptions.

First and foremost to support the game.

But Craft bag, DLC, bank slots, housing slot make it a very good deal.

Yup. And that feeling is reinforced every time my sub expires and I wonder what the heck happened to my inventory

    I'm on and off.
I only subbed for the wrothgar/vMA event and will not be renewing my sub as I don't really need a crafting bag, which, yes, is the main reason to sub.
Main reason for now renewing is that I do not wish to support them as they are systematically ruining the game.
I mainly play BGs and they have made me dread queuing for fear that I might be locked out due to a bugged BG, or end up on one of the two WORST remodeled maps EVER.

I sub any mmo I am currently playing. I like to support the games I am playing.

The perks we get with the ESO sub are very nice as well, but I subbed before I knew about them.

I dont think it is the right approach, I mean the "all" part.
Actually minority of players use ESO+. Keep in mind that forums is used by maybe 30 - 40 % of player base (probably even less). Those on forums who use ESO+ shout the loudest so ye, it may seem like a lot of people use it, but in reality, I would be surprised if more than 20% of player base used it. But even then it would be a huge success on ZOS end.

I stopped using ESO+ once I saw how ZOS is making it to be a "fix" to many deliberately designed game features (with inventory management being the prime example). "Introduce a problem and then sell a solution for it."

ZOS has made it almost an necessity to have.... in a Buy -2 -play game... Yikes ! :#

"You all" may not refer to how many or make an assumption as to how many subscribe. It is usually a regional expression that refers to the category of people to whom they are referring. It could be as few as two or as many as the whole population of ESO.

But I shouldn't speak for the OP.

I think 15-20% of players most likely use ESO+ and 30%-45% of forum players are probably ESO+ I'd say.

You have to go out of your way for the forums.

Also, I got use to them breaking the game, but still can't find any MMO comparable.

Also all as in, why are those all subbed as ESO+ subbed as ESO+.
All as in include only ESO+ people.

I pick everything I can from barrels, materials, is something I do from other games and I like to craft things and if you want to craft you need the craftbag but i subed not just for the craftbag but because I liked the game and they where making some offer and I subed for one month and after I became used to not having to go pick materials at the bank for doing the wits not that I had ever set the feet out of summerset before but I started to go see the world buying stuff for my leveled up character, collecting some skyshards and I could go everywhere. I sort of got used to all the benefits like having acces to the whole game and I do not plan on unsuscriving if I do not stop to play the game for some reason, I like the game a lot and I like to think that I support the game more this way and they give me lots of crowns for the subscription and I want to buy the alfiq banker and merchant that I find super cute and a huge house with the crowns.

I've bought a 30 day subscription on two occasions because I wanted to dye costumes. I can't remember if the free trials hadn't started then or just weren't happening frequently, but whatever the reason it didn't seem worth waiting.

Then I bought a 90 day subscription because at the time it was the cheapest way to get crowns (except buying the biggest pack, which was more than I wanted).

The annual sub is great entertainment value given how much time I spend in the game. You get a good amount of crowns plus a lot of additional slots where they count.

And those slots matter to me as a player.

I can remember before the ESO+ craft bag and only selectively farming and keeping stuff on mule alts , plus actually needing to buy mats - terrible really - with mats a stack of 200 is nothing. Now I can just grab whatever is nearby. I’ll never run out of anything.

The double bank is great. No more logging into and out mules alts to get gear while trying to remember where the hell I put it.

I’m decorating my Earthtear Cavern and, when the space is that big, having double housing slots makes me happy.

My alts can go pretty much everywhere in the game from the beginning to grab shards/ lore books or whatever they need and I don’t have to buy any of the previous DLCs.

Great QOL in game bonuses imo.

So, yeah, as long as I am actively playing, I’ll be subbing.

I dont even know. My eso+ runs out after 6 months in like 10 days. I wnt renew it. A snipshow like zos shall not recieve my money anymore until they actually deliver a product that is not a pile of turds filled with empty promises and ignored major gameplay impeding bugs.

craft bag, access to all dlc, and monthly crowns are the main factors I get eso plus. Costume dyeing and the extra bank space are nice extra perks, and the rest doesn't apply to me very much.

I also sub to any MMO that I am currently playing. For me it is the quality of life bonuses/perks that most MMO subscriptions give you. I also see it as a way to support whatever game that I am playing at the time.

Note: I will also buy some additional bag/bank space if needed on at least one character as I hate having to constantly empty my bags every 5 minutes of game play.

Because it is cheaper than going to see a movie (cause you gotta have popcorn) once a month and I don't mind supporting a game I still enjoy playing. All the goodies are a bonus but I would subscribe without them.

If I'm playing an MMO, I always sub. I don't like knowing I'm having a degraded experience-- and the non-sub option is always painful in some really fundamental way in any game I've played. It might be inventory management that hurts or skillpoint grind, or pretty much everything in SWTOR :D

I've always paid my way. Previous MMOs I played (WoW, RIFT before it went F2P or whatever they're calling it now) were sub only, and I was fine with that. I would have been perfectly happy to sub to ESO, but it had gone B2P before I got into it, but then there was ESO+. So I sub to ESO+ to pay my way in this game. I get some nice stuff in exchange too!

It's only fair to support a game you have fun with. And I'm having a LOT of fun with this one!

No idea about the "total" players (or accounts) who have log at least 1 time to the game, but most of the "active" players (those who log every day) use ESO+.

No, i dont pay any more, stoped my sub 2 months ago. Got tired of the lägg and ZoS "inability" to fix it. I manage very well without sub. I use mules for all my gear i dont use atm. And a personal guildbank for all mats. And the chests and coffers for misc ZoS wont get any more money from me until i see a change in how the game perform.
