I get your point, but is it really the players fault though when the game is intentionally designed to be "handicapped" unless you pay money whether it be for cosmetics or a feature? Every player has their wants and needs, the company designs monetization features to cater to those areas even though technically they aren't needed. It's monetization on a psychological level, and for some it's next to impossible to overcome. Stop for a moment, theoretically speaking, what would ESO be like if everything was in-game earnable without any monetization system to a player? it would still be the same game, players would just earn things instead of paying for them. I'm not saying they should or would do this but think about it from that perspective, it's quite easy to see the problem isn't the players but the way the game is designed by intention.
