Entropy is way too strong.

    Yea soul trap is also super strong.

    Destructive Reach looks pretty good too. Three class-independent skills that will be on every magicka DPS load-out.

    Yep. I play on the PC, so my main concern with that is boss fights with adds. But I really feel sorry for console folks.

    Lol no, the gap is actually worse. Take sorc for example; this patch a high magsorc parse is around 91k and a high stamsorc parse around 96k. On the PTS, a high magsorc parse is around 83k and a high stamsorc parse around 97k. GG ZOS.

    21k, still lower than any of these abilities. Not saying it's a bad ability, but these tooltips on entropy/soul trap are pretty insane.

    Is this really that bad? Fetcher Flies usually has a 22~24k tooltip for a 10 sec DoT and that's before the 50% extra dmg buff.

    ^^ This is true. I have several 90-91k magsorc parses on the Trials Dummy on Live, on PTS I am seeing a drop to 82-83k.

    It's possible to get higher, but that involves dropping most class skills to run: Reach, Soul Trap and Entropy. At which point the class doesn't even feel like a Sorc anymore but generic magicka dps class #4.

    Meanwhile stam builds are parsing higher than they ever have - at the top ending approaching if not exceeding 100k parses.

    oh wow that set sucked so bad before. Now it can make a 4-7k/second soul trap. That's not bad.

    They did buff the dots a bit, probs to make up for the lack of damage on ground dots. However, my dps is a bit lower on the PTS than it is on Live with entropy and soul trap. Don’t think they need to be lowered.
    Sorcerer's pretty much been the same for years. Nerf Rush of Agony and Saints&Seducer's

    So comparing Cripple to Entropy, cripple is slightly more damage, a good snare, and higher magicka sustain if you take the morph. I think they work well together. Using them both for the magicka gain morphs and that is really nice.

    Good Lord. You still have to have leveled the skill line at least once. You are basically just paying to not have the find books for 4-6 hours after then. Sad you feel this is somehow bad.

    this is bad because it will allow zos to continue to make super grindy skill lines
