NDA breach is not reason for banning an account by any means. What he claims he did is done more often than we think. I know players, including top raiders, who have done the same thing he claims yet have not been punished. Probably because they do not steam it.
But to the point, the program is still there. Zos just has a history of poor communication and an inability to turn that leaf over.16 -

No, because theres not always NDA running. Elsweyr PTS only the mainquest was under NDA. Morrowind complete for the first weeks...
The normal DLCs never had an NDA. They also post the Patchnotes here and everyone can see them5 -

✭✭✭✭✭From the last thread, we were told by one of the Reps that the 6 new ones are getting chose/brought in after all the applications they asked for a while back AND they havemt been able to releaae notes for the meetings they are having because its future development stuff covered by the NDA.
Unfortunately, "no notes because of NDA" looks an awful lot like "nothing is happening" from the perspective of players not in the program. At least with the old notes, we players had a much better idea of what the class reps were doing for us and for the Devs.2 -

The rep program was for combat pain points and only that. Some assumed there were class reps (can be super easy to see why they thought that too, ZOS all but said it). Each rep is just "a combat rep" now.Edited by DocFrost72 on July 1, 2019 2:45PM0 -

✭Players complained that they do not get any influence and do not know what they will get within the next few patches:
Class rep program (Worst name ever)
Few month later they make it under NDA and now class reps can not talk with the community. No more notes or other anythings and the not sure if they actually listen to class reps.

Kind of our point on having a rep for consoles (not saying they would work instant miracles either). QOL improvements could possibly start trickling in over time (cmb mtx, etc). Also, we achieve a lot of hard fought content with literally no addon help at all so having someone advocate for little perks would be amazing!

We still get excluded from things like Twitch drops and promo mounts, pets, etc. It’s going to be a long wait before we get a seat at the table.
