BE3 Drops?

    I got an email today that according to their records my accounts aren't linked (which is crap) and steps to correct that - which is to unlink all my accounts and relink them. *jackie chan face*

    At least I got the drops now.

    Put in my ticket yesterday (waited until the 19th, to see — no dice). Replied after the “You could have been a contender if you only…!” auto response. Now the waiting begins, I guess.

    I found out yesterday aswell my account was magicly unlicked, even tho it says on twitch it got linked a month ago and i doublechecked it right before the stream started...

    It saddens me that as a new player whom bought the game and upgraded to ESO+ i cant even get any form of contact with a REAL person at all with problems i or others have or run into.

    Obviously i relinked my account but im still waiting for a response aswell.

    I couldn't submit a ticket yesterday either. On a different matter, however. After logging in my account and when trying to submit a ticket I was kicked to login screen multiple times.

    Community Managers still not doing their job. A simple:

    "Everyone, we are sorry you haven't received your BE3 crate drops yet. With the overwhelming amount of people who watched the stream, our automated system was unable to reconcile all the linked accounts and send the crate drops to the viewers.

    If you haven't done so, submit a ticket and please be patient. Each issue had to be manually resolved and takes some time. Thank you "

    This doesnt really explain why some of us havent gotten it on xbox yet.

    If you watched the #BE3 showcase and ESO presentation, you could have earned the Clouded Senche-Leopard mount and five Ouroboros Crown Crates simply for tuning in!

    Here's how it worked:
    PC/Mac players earned rewards by simply watching the #BE3 stream here on Sunday, June 9, at 8:30PM EDT while logged in to your linked Twitch account.

    Reward delivery for PC/Mac participants started the morning of June 10.

    The Twitch Drop rewards from the #BE3 stream are being distributed in waves, and may take several days to fulfill. If you qualified for rewards, but have not received them yet, hang tight, as they should be coming soon.

    Please keep in mind, the five Ouroboros Crates are being added separately than the Clouded Senche mount, so you may receive one slightly before the other.

    Console players earned rewards during the event by logging into the game on Sunday, June 9, between 3:00PM EDT and 11:00PM EDT killing a single monster.

    If you participated on console, you will receive your rewards by June 19 following maintenance.

    Its like they intentionally try to be unhelpful. It doesnt make any sense. I said something like; Im not worried about waiting, just want to make sure i put in a ticket so that support is aware some of us did not get the crates and mount after the maintenance. And they give me an auto response, lol. Not sure why its so hard for zos to say " sorry but they are coming a few days late".

    As a player returning to this game I am hearing and seeing two different things.

    (ZOS says players are important)
    To open the BE3 conference, we hear how much the players mean. There are several quotes that lead us to believe we have value. Fast forward to when Matt Firor comes out and says that the players are the most important part of Tamriel and then thanks the playerbase.

    (Customer Service got seriously nerfed)
    ESO promoted these drops to enhance how many people watched their presentation. Issues came up. Ok, one admin here said they needed some more time. When that time deadline came and went, we submit tickets to get an auto response of the same information that is no longer helpful and a survey to ask how we feel. Two days go by and we get another saying this is being escalated. Four more days go by and nothing.

    In what industry is this acceptable? How many people actually work in customer service for this company?

    Hypocrisy is a way to success for this company. As if they don't answer only to the matter of drops.

    I sent in multiple tickets and the last response I got was we are sending your ticket to a special review or what ever. I looked today and still no drops or mount. This game is a joke and I'm ready to cancel my subscription and move to a company who actually treat their customers better then these guys have.

    I joined the game recently and was so excited to take part in this event, I really wanted to get the Clouded Senche-Leopard mount B)

    I still havent recieved anything..

    I wrote a ticket the other day and got a standard reply that I "could have earned the Clouded Senche-Leopard mount and five Ouroboros Crown Crates simply for tuning in!"

    I updated my ticket today with pictures of my linked accounts, now I'm just waiting :/

    Well I got my response. Apparently I didnt log on in the right time frame but I was online a few hours earlier, in the morning, killing stuff... The thing is i dont play in the morning :| .. Guess someone hacked my account..

    The weird part about all of this is that I made it a point to do this event. I remember doing it specifically because I was telling people in my guilds to do it when it was happening.. But I have a friend who didnt do it and still got the stuff.. The next day they told me they didnt even log in sunday.. Seems like they overlooked some things when checking every single character on every single account, on xbox and ps4, for the kill.. Regardless, from what i can tell the whole thing is random.. That or their system is busted, if they even checked my account at all. I think its more likely that they didnt want to waste the time sending the stuff out after they did it..

    Hopefully everyone else has better luck with support -_-

    I did receive mine!!! i did a ticket from the game in less than 1 hs i got a automatic mail that said that i could could have earned the Clouded Senche-Leopard mount and five Ouroboros Crown Crates simply for tuning in. I answered that I knew that and that I had seen the video but I did not receive any mail or the reward in the game, and if it could be given to me. in 2 days i did receive it!

    Sure enough! Got mount and crates for PC and EU tonight! (On EU side I named my mount “Patience.” ;D )
