Oh and their Customer Support page does NOT currently allow Log In. As in, Log in does not work. Thanks @ZOS
Community Managers still not doing their job. A simple:
"Everyone, we are sorry you haven't received your BE3 crate drops yet. With the overwhelming amount of people who watched the stream, our automated system was unable to reconcile all the linked accounts and send the crate drops to the viewers.
If you haven't done so, submit a ticket and please be patient. Each issue had to be manually resolved and takes some time. Thank you "
