Everything else can be farmed/PvE;d/bought.

That has already been done at least twice before that guy, also on same server but earlier patches. "Yeah but it cannot be compared because they did not include T-TT, GH and IR!" is not valid because both people have previously done 100% completion at the time. This is merely third (at best). In future these three will be surpassed and sen as inferior still, with Sunspire mega-achievement making these three less impressive.
True, if you count only achievements. But as the post stated, he did much more than "only" all achievements. And there is nobody known who has a more complete account than him.There are 3 people currently who have 100% achievements. But only @HipsterGandalf42 also has all the furnishing plans (nobody else has that according to my knowledge) and nearly all the bg outfit pages, as well as all the other stuff listed.1 -
Congratulations on completing 99% of what you think is 100%. A full 100% will never be acquired simply because 100% can not even be defined as same 100% by everyone. Do you have every single set item in every single trait? Of course not because it would be futile but then again there are some who insist on having things like full collections of MSA weapons in every single trait; that's 100% for them.
In my personal opinion only things should count that are not time gated like "oh you were not playing back then at that event? To bad, you cannot get that item anymore, lulz". I think that is the most logical definition of 100% and he basically has done exactly that.0 -

Are you a Master Angler?
Did you complete the Standard Guardian (kill 500 enemies attacking your captured flag in BGs)?
Did you kill 100 trove scamps and 100 fire scamps in IC sewers?
Have you collected ALL and EVERY sets pieces for heavy, medium and light versions, with their corresponding traits from all overland, dungeons, trials, arenas, PvP and BGs?
What about monster sets? You have every single piece of monster sets in all versions with all traits?
Also, no screenshots at all at least for the more important achievements?
It looks to me that is more than 1% of the game missing...

Yes, he does have absolutely all achievements as you can see in the provided screenshot. That includes trials, flawless noob conqueror, dungeons, and blackrose prison. As well as former emperor and all the other stupid stuff you ask about that he actually has as you could have seen.GO Grade 2? Yes. All gladiator rewards? Yes, i asked him 5 minutes ago. Master Angler? Yes. All bg achievements? Yes.

More stupid is defending your friend saying he has 99% completion when he is STILL missing a lot of houses, a lot of dummies, 14 lorebooks, 5 Battlegrounds pages, Ouroboros mount (also Ouroboros pet maybe?) and a lot of radiant apex mounts, monkey pet from beta testing the game.
I'm 99.9% sure he didn't get Grand Overlord in one AD, one DC and one EP toon, so he surely doesn't have all AD, DC and EP versions for Elder Scroll Decoy, Transit Shrine, Standards, Banners, Shields, Catapults, Rams, etc., etc., etc., from PvP vendors with their corresponding faction insignia.
And finally, HE DOESN'T HAVE ALL AND EVERY sets pieces for heavy, medium and light versions, with their corresponding traits from all overland, dungeons, trials, arenas, PvP and BGs. I'm 1000000000000000% SURE OF IT!
And I'm 1000000000000000% that he doesn't have every single piece of monster sets in all versions with all traits.
So he may have a 99% completion and you may defend a 99% completion in your unreal book of stupidity (as you told the word).
In my book; your friend has completed the 1% of the game and still has a 99% to go.

Don't try to be a smartass. I mentioned SEVERAL things missing, not only the 14 lorebooks and alliance stuff. And as I mentioned too; for one person 100% completion can be "this" and for other people can be "that", like having ALL pieces of sets for light, medium and heavy in all different traits in the game.2 -

Hey there. After a bit of grinding, i think i almost completed 100% of the whole game with this patch. This includes quests, achievements, stuff to collect, trials, etc. Here is a summary:
Me and my brother started playing shortly after the game's release. I played to a bit above lvl 50 and stopped. Didn't like the game at all. A few years later i came back at the end of April 2017. I dropped an aetheric cipher on the first day of returning and was like "Ok, i got this. Let's slay this game as well". After 2 years of playing, here we are.
=> What do i own? <=- All houses. This does not include the crown houses. Once they are giftable via crown trading, i will buy them all ofc.
- All crafting motifs. Obviously.
- All recipes. Obviously.
- All furnishing plans. Yes, all. According to Furniture Catalogue by @manavortex. Last one did cost me 6m to obtain... RIP
- All skills with each respective morph leveled to max on my mainchar. While doing a gazillion of masterwrits, i figured to just slot all yet to level skills when handing in the quests.
- All collectibles that were obtainable after i started playing the game again in April 2017. This includes:
- All the collectibles from all events, like the runeboxes, the recent outfit pages, all indriks, all indrik pets, etc.
- All costumes
- All outfits from the outfit system (except just a few, read more at the end)
- All the pets
- ... etc.
- All crafting stations for all sets.
- All training dummies outside of the crownstore.
- All lorebooks (missing only 14 that are completely bugged for me. Yes i TRIED for hours to get them -.-)
- All dyes. Obviously.
- All mundus stones in my house.
- After i got bored and crown trading became a thing i decided to buy all the contents of all crown crate seasons as well. So far i have completed 4 crown crate seasons and am waiting for the old seasons to return so i can just complete them as well.

- All quests.
- I have a mag and stam dd of every class ready, as well as a tank and two copies of my main char. Each of these has (1 yet to complete):

- Most of the skyshards
- All public dungeons
- All group dungeons
- Undaunted 10, Fighters guild 10
- Crafting skills maxed
- etc
- And much more i forgot to list...
- I am still missing the 50 points from the honor guard motif. That thing will drop starting next wednesday and after that i will have 100% motifs and 100% achievements.
- I am missing 5 bg outfit pages. They are painful to farm. I have been spamming 5-10 bgs each day for months now. But i will get them until the end of Elsweyr patch.
- Obviously the crown houses. PLEASE let them be tradeable / giftable via crown trading. I need them.
- Radiant Apex Mounts. These are my only exception to "collecting all the contents of all crown crate seasons". While i got a few unintentionally, i dont plan on getting all of them.
