Try again the post clearly states
"Me and my brother started playing shortly after the game's release. I played to a bit above lvl 50 and stopped. Didn't like the game at all. A few years later i came back at the end of April 2017. You know that you can play the game with someone else without sharing the account. That's basically the definition of an MMO. Sorry if the concept having/playing with friends is foreign to you.

I'm always puzzled how these high-achieving players don't seem to have the time to post their results themselves, it's reported on behalf of someone else. Moreover, it's always reported as a personal achievement, but accompanied by a list of the other players without whom it couldn't have been done. I assume that they're genuine single player accounts and not e.g. guild-controlled accounts that multiple players contribute to.
I'm not doubting these achievements or criticising them, it's just that I find the manner in which they're usually reported as rather bizarre given the personal nature of the achievements being reported. I'm often left wondering who has done what exactly, whereas when someone posts e.g. their Master Angler status across an account and answers questions on how they went about it then it seems to come across a touch more personal.
In this particular case, I'm even more puzzled by the reporting of a 99% completion rate rather than waiting for the 100% success to be achieved!
if I were to venture a guess its an insecurity issue. Which honestly online isn't a bad thing or surprising the Internets a pretty bad place...its amazing but its a horrible place. Brings out the worst in people.
if they know they'll react poorly to crappy responses from people attempting to insult them for having too much time or along those lines they'd rather not deal with it so they'll be happier if someone posts for them.
It sounds stupid I know but people tend to not think rationally when they're insecure about something. Its not a bad thing to be insecure about something either nobody is 100% confident with all things especially socially and we all have our insecurities so yeah.
Of course they could still get crap in-game from people but realistically its rarely ever going to happen unless you gain notoriety in game to the point where people can recognise you.Ah, e-communities - the "pinnacle" of the internet............yeah, right.0 -

Do you have every single set item in every single trait? Of course not because it would be futile but then again there are some who insist on having things like full collections of MSA weapons in every single trait; that's 100% for them.

That has already been done at least twice before that guy, also on same server but earlier patches. "Yeah but it cannot be compared because they did not include T-TT, GH and IR!" is not valid because both people have previously done 100% completion at the time. This is merely third (at best). In future these three will be surpassed and sen as inferior still, with Sunspire mega-achievement making these three less impressive.0 -

You are missing a lot of houses, a lot of dummies, 14 lorebooks, 5 Battlegrounds pages, several radiant apex mounts, Ouroboros mount (what about Ouroboros pet?), and probably other regular mounts since there are hundreds and many gone that ARE NOT from crown crates seasons and that come back from time to time...
Monkey pet from beta testing the game?
What about trials? You have absolutely ALL achievements (hard modes, no deaths, speed runs, hardmode+nodeath+speed together)?
You have all dungeons skins? All trials skins? All buyable skins?
Are you a Flawless Conqueror?
Did you complete ALL achievements for veteran Blackrose Prison arena?
What about PvP? Are you a Former Emperor? More, are you Grand Overlord Grade 2? Do you have ALL gladiator rewards like costume, helm, mount and so?
Have you unlocked and bought ALL items (Elder Scroll Decoy, Transit Shrine, Standards, Banners, Shields, Catapults, Rams, etc., etc., etc., - all 3 versions for AD, DC and EP - from PvP vendors? Have you also unlocked and bought all items from Battlegrounds vendors?
Are you a Master Angler?
Did you complete the Standard Guardian (kill 500 enemies attacking your captured flag in BGs)?
Did you kill 100 trove scamps and 100 fire scamps in IC sewers?
Have you collected ALL and EVERY sets pieces for heavy, medium and light versions, with their corresponding traits from all overland, dungeons, trials, arenas, PvP and BGs?
What about monster sets? You have every single piece of monster sets in all versions with all traits?
Also, no screenshots at all at least for the more important achievements?

I know lorebooks and furniture recipes are difficult/expensive to 100% complete. Only missing 7 furniture recipes myself and the bugged lorebooks do...bug...me, try to report them weekly yourself via the in-game feature if you are certain they are bugged. Check these forums for help with the most commonly "bugged" or missed ones 0 -
This is nowhere close to completing the game since you are missing 2 of the hardest things to get:
1) Grand Overlord
2) Max CP
Everything else can be farmed/PvE;d/bought.
Did you actually read the post and use your brain? He does have all achievements and much more. That includes Grand Overlord.1 -

Yes, he does have absolutely all achievements as you can see in the provided screenshot. That includes trials, flawless noob conqueror, dungeons, and blackrose prison. As well as former emperor and all the other stupid stuff you ask about that he actually has as you could have seen.GO Grade 2? Yes. All gladiator rewards? Yes, i asked him 5 minutes ago. Master Angler? Yes. All bg achievements? Yes.
