✭✭There was a patch note about crown food/potions being buffed to be roughly equivalent, but not better than, crafted food/potions. So, while they say it's a bug and it'll be fixed, the values will still be much closer (possibly the same) as crafted moving forward.
Not a big deal, as I can craft potions/food in-game for free, and food/potions are readily available for gold from guild traders.0 -

Oh ok, I may understand why rabbit's and parmesan are weaker then mara, because they have lower "quality". But plz explain other inconsistencies then:
- Ghastly eye bowl weaker then Lava foot-soup - both are special food and meanwhile Lava-foot soup provides bonus maxstat of epic food, not of blue food, though lava-foot soup is blue quality;
- Devs may say that eye bowl is a drink and so is weaker since all drinks must be weaker because of bone pirates/bright throat;
- Ok, this will even explain why bloody mara has same stats as Pickled fish bowl, it's a drink, so it's the same despite being gold quality. But...
- Orzorga's red Frothgar is a drink and is not weaker then other Orzorga's which are food. And it's blue too btw, so health bonus should be same as rabbit's or even lower given that frothgar is a drink;
- And this is not all! Witchmother's party punch weaker then Senche's tiger single malt though they provide exactly the same type of bonuses and both of epic quality
- Jester's food: both Candied coins and Jewels of Misrule have worse maxstat then other similar food of same quality but same recovery numbers..

I have to agree
Long time ago they said something like "we don't plan to implement loot boxes" (aka crown crates)...
Now they say that they will make crown store food almost equal to crafted in game food but not better - and we also get this interesting "bug which will be fixed" where store food is slightly better. Now I really just wonder how much time we have before some better items will be added to store (which are not cosmetics or convenience). A year or two, or less?..
