Thank you for that. I didn't know we had an event. I just went the the ESO home page and read up o it. Question is this only multiplayer where they send the quest for you or are they done as a regular single player quest?

Jorunn the Skald-King at Hornich Tower Wayshrine at The Rift is still broken.
That one instance looks neat. The one I first walked into today was a mess. People were loosely stacked, although one could more or less discern a queue.
I don't usually bother/care for crowds so I did what I was there for, I approached the king. There was someone screaming for people to get in line, like a crazed control freak who's on the verge of a meltdown because there were too many players wandering around. There was another one standing on the king's face and spamming him every single second, ensuring no one else could do a thing. I tried to hit the king, unaware of why there was a crowd or a spammer. I missed the target but hit the spammer instead. Second try I hit the king and it didn't register.
That's when I understood the situation. Control freak went on screaming. Troll went on spamming. People were wandering around and still looking lost.
I figured I'd find another shard.
The next one looked more like this example. No screaming, no wandering, people calmly asking to join the queue and not spam the pie because it was worse. Seeing the line and how each person would take about 30 seconds at best to be done, I walked out to find the king elsewhere. Except that I didn't know where and have not done the quests in DC. So instead I took a note to come back at 4 am.
Came back at 1 am instead. Room was empty. Pie was delivered at high speed. Achievement done. No stress, no screaming, no standing in line
This reminds of me of something that happened on Destiny a few years ago. There was a massive line in the tower (main social space) to seenthe Cryptarc (NPC that decoded loot drops). Was orderly and hilarious, whenever someone tried to cut the line everyone turned and harassed him with emotes until they joined the line, which they did. Was brilliant.
