They didn't get one. And 15% snare reduction is more like a cherry on top of your mashed potatoes. Sure it's not hurting anything, but you really gotta question the chef who put it there.
Why are these ‘2nd guess the devs’ threads so popular? It’s like people have never heard of a development cycle and how long it takes to implement changes.
If you’re interested in helping shape the game do it proactively. At this point I’d be shocked if a dev even opens this thread because they’re working on something new.

Because players want their favorite race stronger than it is.
Seriously. On a different topic a player acknowledged one nerf was for balance so we wanted another aspect buffed which would mean it was no longer balanced. They did not even grasp what they were saying.
Regardless, this thread is dead in the water now. Zos stated they are not interested in revisiting the racial passives at this time, which makes sense.
