Where are the dragons? I see Wyrvens.

Where are the dragons? All I see are Wyrvens. Are dragons not suppose to have 4 appendages, two legs and two arms? Will that be the surprise, the final boss will be an actual dragon, or all we every have are Wyrvens? Just curious.

Yes I know that. That would make them a wyrven then, no?

Dragons could have hamsters for legs in the Elder Scrolls lore, they call them dragons, so they be dragons.

Wyverns do not breathe fire. Most likely what we see in TES are drakes, which are a type of dragon.

Hate to break it to you, but dragons are a product of imagination and fantasy.
Therefore, no biologists ever agreed on the specifics of draco draco, draco orientalis, draco malfoy, or related (sub)species.

Or IOW, there is no fixed definition of how many legs, wings, or tentacles a dragon should have or not have.

    Nice bait.
Welcome, Moon-and-Star, to this place where destiny is made.

I play healers or DPS often for vet dungeons and trials (NA, CP810+). I play mostly elves or Argonians.
I primarily play Damage-Based stuff in PvP, but occasionally I'll play something tanky or got the heals.
I also love gaining more knowledge both metaphysical and mundane regarding TES lore.

I also occasionally role-play, but I prefer playing the game.

You are more than welcome to engage in a debate with the dragon about how it's not a dragon but in fact a wyvern. We'll come collect your charred corpse later to see how that debate ended.

So the Dark Elves have weird alien architecture, where people live in mushroom towers and the shell of a giant crab, but the High Elves, the pinnacle of technology, the most magically advanced race in Tamriel, are still stuck in slightly pretty, fairly tall stone buildings? Not even a hint of a glass city? Are stainless glass windows really enough to claim that a city is made of glass?

Bottom line, every fantasy world/universe gets to make up their own rules and their own lore. ESO is not beholden to other fantasy laws. If their dragons only have 2 legs, then they only have 2 legs. Just accept it.

Here in Tamriel, giant lizards with 2 legs, 2 arms and wings is called a dragon. Why is that so much of a problem? lol

Like this is a complete non issue. lol in Desolation of Smaug, he has 2 legs and 2 arms and in that universe, he's a dragon. Maleficent is a Dragon, she got two legs and her two front one can act as feet OR hands. In Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, their dragons only have 2 legs and wings, yet still dragons.

So we can stop with the semantics and just enjoy the fact that...

    DRAGONS!!!
