✭✭✭✭✭50k is 50k no matter how you got it. Unless you've cheeased a dummy parse or talking about AoE DPS. There might be numerically better combinations but at this point only a dedicated score pushing guild will require them.
Just don't be that guy that comes to the forums and claims that his 35k DPS stam DK in Red Mountain and Valkyn Skoria is the meta-breaker.1 -

Your dungeon masters? I assume raid leaders is what you mean and that would be a guild issue. A good raid leader does not care about your build, only results.2 -

That's the whole concept behind the Meta.
One combination that will mathematically give you the best possible damage numbers.
