I like to look at other peoples titles and proudly display my own currently my latest title especially as I like the sound of it ophidian overlord and why not I worked hard on earning them all. I will wear different title depending where i am and what I’m doing . Monster hunter with treasure hunter and gladiator helm of questing dungeon title of doing those my pvp rank when in there etc and I wear either outfit or costume /skins depending on what I’m doing . This is on my main as only collect titles on that one as my alts all have only few titles and have one look eg healer has psijic bear mount and pet and colour co-ordinated as she a healer my orc dk has wolf mount and pet and different skin etc.

No, but we have one guy or gal who post text in guild chat of their VMA, trial weapons/gear, etc with nothing written to follow like "Hey guys I just finally for my VMA bow" then we would follow with congrats!! or whatever. Then as expected others post theirs so on so forth....such a braindead way to show your accomplishments IMO. I'm always happy for people when they achieve hard fought in-game goals, but really ? I do, however, believe in #fashionscrolls and my motifs & dyes must always be on point, but this is for my own pleasure.

It shows off that I was unemployed when Morrowind dropped.

in many other mmos I liked to display the more quirky titles: like "dances with squirrels" or destroyer of skeletons" etc. sadly this game doesn't have much of that.

I’m using the wolf-lizard mount just because I’m glad I got lucky while I was gathering gems for one of the trap plants. It’s super derpy though lol so it’s not sticking around much longer

Other than that, the only show-off’ing I do is with hard to get titles and those Battleground exclusive styles (but that’s more because I genuinely think they look good)

Oh actually, my houses. I love showing off all the houses I’ve actually put time (and far too much gold) into.

Yes and no.

I love going through my hefty list of titles, pets, and mounts and sharing them with people. That said, most of my characters use a title, pet, and mount that match their in-character personality.

Showing off for me comes down to how well I perform in group content, and how I look doing it.

I take a great deal of pride in the way my characters look. And I also take pride in content completion. In the grand scheme of things, i'm still new to the game so I don't have any Vet Trials under my belt yet, but i've completed all Normal content, and many Vet Dungeons. The check list gets more and more complete each week though.

I wear and use titles/clothing that reflect as close to a fantasy druid as possible. Right now I believe I'm using the Mystic title. Before that was Kingmaker. My house is small and overgrown with moss, vines, and trees and is deep in the woods. It's like a cottage in a druid's grove. I normally don't care what others think as long as it pleases me and makes me want to log on nightly.

I also ride the wood/vine looking wolf with the green accents (can't remember the name) or the bear as well. Anything to keep the nature theme.

47 and humility are like oil and water...

I tend to spend a lot of time picking costumes, color schemes and mounts for each character, but not really for the purpose of showing off. More just because I like it.

Oh yes I do!

My main toon is a male khajiit dps who use outfit system to override the armor. Now it shows him wearing mostly khajiit medium armor except hat, which is khajiit light armor 2 cause nothing beat that in cuteness. He is over cp810 but wearing only normal group dungeon gear and since my rotation is bad, he can do less then moderate damage despite being a stamNB.
He have no title set, nor any pet and use a horse that can be bought in-game stables.

But I do love to align him to another player, that is facing the other player and turn 37.8219 degree to the right, and do the redguard dance so that I can wipe my sexy tail in front of their face.

TL;DR I like to show off my khajiit toon sexy tail.

Sometimes somebody in chat links some gold equipment which is considered prestigious - and links it without any reasons, like nobody asked about it and the person doesn't write anything more than just posting links... I don't like when it happens since it has no meaning and looks like spam, but I laugh when somebody else links some random things afterwards like "Rubedite sword" or "Lockpick"

But sometimes I get a kick out of new players, too. Like when they run around a populated area firing off LAs endlessly. In my mind, I'm thinking: "Look, I has light attack and I'm the only one."

Or that person who rides up next to you on [pick one] mount and spams their space bar. "I am special, I has mount."

I also don't like when people spam any abilities in cities, it looks annoying to me for some reason I do writs on 11 characters every day, and 10 of them have Rapids on same skill slot, while 11th has it on other slot. So I sometimes forget about it and activate Volatile Armour skill instead - I legitimately feel ashamed of it each time

But I really like to look at mounts, especially if they are rare and I haven't seen/heard their sounds before If the other player approaches me on their mount and spams their space bar, most of time I will activate my mount and do the same

When I need to go afk for a bit, I sometimes sit on the mount in the middle of city just to allow everyone look the the mount and hear it's idle sounds. I think every costume, pet and mount ever available in this game need to have proper showcase.
I don't do this with mindset: "Look at how special I am!"
I think: "Look at this awesome artwork, it needs to be displayed everywhere!"

One of my friends has every mount ever available in game (including all radiants) - and when we meet, I love that he shows every of them and how they roar I also ask him to show certain mounts few times cause I want to see them closer and hear all their sounds. We discuss each mount, and I like to hear his thoughts:



Nothing wrong with liking to show all of those artworks to other players, it's actually so awesome! I have extremely few mounts compared to him, so I rarely have a matching one and definitely can't surprise him in any way

I was in the middle of doing writs when I saw somebody on same mount. I had free time to pose... The other person seemed afk so he didn't react, and when I was about to go on my way, third person suddenly joined us. He didn't have same mount, but he also had a wolf



I was posing alone on the waterfall, when other player appeared - he liked the Phantom Ice Wolf, while I wanted to see how the Wild Hunt wolf howls




I was, as usually, doing writs and it was good time to pose a little again. I'm always very excited when I see same mounts standing together



I can't even approximately remember the title of a thread so I can't find it, but it was created soon after we got our Summerfall event mounts - somebody posted a screenshot of random gathering near Alinor wayshrine where many people had same glowing horse mounts and were standing in two lines. It looked so cool!

Everyone needs to show off all the beautiful artworks which they have, it makes the game fun It doesn't matter if there are many same mounts at the same place posing, or if all mounts are different.



We need more events like Summerfall (if they host them more often maybe they will also improve performance).

I love to invite people in my house.
I often ask people opinions about my outfits.
If I do more than 70% of the dps in a group, I may gently have fun of the other DD if it's a friend. I may have upset a guildmate by telling him it would be a dps loss to rezz him. Ok, I can be kind of toxic, just a little.
(I blame relequen, I stopped using it because it encourages you to let your teammates laying on the ground).
