A bit off, instead of admitting that you have issues with the development of the game, it's been accepted that the game has issues all around.

Meaning that the major issues such as the activity finder breaking during the event will find a way to break again, applies to any event that could be imposed on, even if it seems "How could this possibly break?". It will break in a way, including the NLF in which I hope that it'll be given minor issues instead of being completely blocked off for a period of time.

There are players that are quite curious on what aspect of the game would break during an event that provided a bonus and is tied to a system, not much I'm guessing.

It's 1 box per account per day. Instead of people farming upwards of 100+ boxes per account, they can get a max of what 21? I believe this will create significantly less boxes even if a lot more people actually participate.

If it was 1 box per account during the undaunted event maybe there wouldn't have been as much frustration.

So just to clarify, it's one reward box per account per day now, not one per character per day like it was before.

Will the rewards be the same as the Undaunted Rewards (dungeon motifs, pets, etc)? @ZOS_RichLambert

Nothing stopped you from getting the tickets other than the maintenance. You could either solo a normal dungeon or group up and go straight into the dungeon and do it that way.

Thanks for the communication and this player-friendly solution. Personally I’m not a fan of event rewards being once per day per character so the move to giving one box per day per account pleases me. It’s just a much healthier model for your community, in my opinion.

Thx for the thread and information and especially the interest in actually getting the GF working fine.

However, I would like to point out that there have been many threads on the subject of the very same issue, including at least one from a player named code that specifically stated it affects full groups queueing and that it times out after 10 minutes if the GF failed to put the group in the dungeon.

It just seems so hard to miss. Are we to tag you specifically? Maybe that is the issue.

Thank you. Can you also make it where collect dailies are not in an event until that is fixed? Where there are few items surrounded by objects and enemies and/or are one per player competitive.
I am thinking of 1) the morel mushrooms and 2) crafting nodes in CWC.
like getting the berries and others was not competitive.

huh I rescind my previous assumption that this wouldn't happen as you have literally done exactly what I believed you should have done and said you wouldn't.

There is something to be said about the testicular fortitude of the leaders of the dev teams. Takes huge ones to push out broken things and takes even bigger to realize that, publicly admit it do something that rectifies and repairs relationship and promise to not do it again.

I may not agree with how you handled the roll out, but when you mess up you handle it like an o.g. every time I am surprised.
