If you are having the exact same problem mentioned, as in you ran the game consultant and got the whitelist error repeated a million times, this might work. Just patch using a VPN. Launcher just strait up doesn't crash. Funny how easily the blue bar went 0 - 100% patched compared to the hours of frustration yesterday.

I am in Hawaii on Spectrum, had the issue.
Switched to a connection via another ISP* (Hawaiian Tel) and was able to patch, load and claim my dailies.
*(I am fortunate I maintain two ISPs)

These files go into separate folders within '\The Elder Scrolls Online\depot' and '\The Elder Scrolls Online\game'. I do not recall what the folders were called, however if you search within 'The Elders Scrolls Online' folder, you should find files with the same name, that Windows identifies as 'Partial Download'.
You will have to kill the Launcher process a couple of times to make sure everything kicks in.

Can confirm this works, just a simple drag and drop. Launcher opened up, applied the patch super quick and I'm ingame now with no issues. You don't need to delete any files, just drag and drop them into the respective folders [Look for files named the same as the ones you download]
Ok, I just deleted and reinstalled ESO (not through steam) and it updated fine and launcher now works. Still get random drops to log in screen though. Still hoping they fix that
It's been a while since I hacked anything, I have no idea what any of you are talking about.
depot_233to235.z01
What dahelz is that? How do I fix it? Why is yours 248 and mine 235?
Can someone upload these 3 files to media fire so we can drag and drop for the launcher to work? My ISP is Charter Spectrum. But I live in the Hawaiin Islands so it's not like we have any open market for good providers. I also made my own thread, earlier, and I remember this is not the first time I'm threading about it.
Honestly Hawaiian it’s I really don’t think it’s our spectrum. Everything was working fine last night for me and since the serves went down last night and the little patch today. Now I can’t download anything.
So much so I went on other mmo games like warframe and wow. Updates no problem this is a problem on their end.
I tried everything since I got off work and that was 5 hours ago. Trying one last time before I stop.

I have several theories but without knowing the exact design and utilization of akamai I can't say definitively what the issue is.
Their are routing features for anti-ddos attacks that could route traffic differently then optimal but reliably and changes to the route that aren't propagated or whitelisted properly could cause this.
That's where it gets tricky to narrow it down.
@ZOS_GinaBruno I have Verizon FIOS. I tried to submit a Support ticket, but I could not find a "submit" button on the web assistant after I had entered my details.

Probably no point in me checking this thread until the next maintenance since there is zero chance of them actually fixing anything before then.
