After in house testing, we reduced the ignore silly cosmetic changes proc chance from 100% because you can't fully change years of prioritization mismanagement.
This item can proc once per day, that would be a good starting point. They could adjust more frequently after seeing how it performs with balance issues.
Set: The Real Vicious Death

-spell and weapon damage
-when you die by proximity detonation, vicious death,sap essence, eye of flame, elemental blockade or Grothdarr deal 20 000 oblivion damage in 10 meter radius

2.) Heavy attacks with a bow have 30% chance to fire two arrows and causes minor fracture for 6 seconds

Yea, snares be out of control in pvp. Don't know why you mind it on a stam toon though. You have a skill that allows you to drop them and gives durational immunity while still letting you attack.

This is kinda of interesting... but how would it work with overlord.

2 items: Adds 12-1096 Maximum Stamina
3 items: Adds 1-129 Stamina Recovery
4 items: Adds 1-129 Weapon Damage
5 items: Grants a 30% chance to reduce target's health by 10% for 27/28/29/30 seconds. This can only happen once every 5 minutes.
Was thinking about a set that would be useful for ppl that have farmed vMA many times over and still need weapons. Set only drops in vMA and doesnt work outside of vMA.
Smoking Plume Set (Light, Medium and Heavy)
(1) Disables any score and Perfect Run achievement in Maelstrom Arena.
(2) Grants Major Courage at all times increasing weapon and spell damage by 256.
(3) Grants Minor Slayer increasing damage done to vMA monsters by 5% also grants Minor Aegis reducing damage taken by vMA monsters by 5%.
(4) Max Mag, Max Stam and Max Health.
(5) Increases Physical and Spell Penetration by 2750.
(5) Reduces cost of Abilities by 8%. When you kill an enemy you restore 2150 magicka and stamina also gaining Major Vitality for 5 seconds increasing healing recieved by 30%.
Only players that have farmed vMA would be able to obtain the set therefore making the grind a little easier to get the drop they want. Not being able to get a score would only effect the wearer so ppl going for leaderboard arent effected by ppl using the set.
