can you access it after the quest?
My goal is to help with putting out the housing furnishings out in the streets in order to help reduce the price massively asap so that we don't have to pay 20k per furnishing nor 100k plus for a recipe, and so that they don't stay as rare as vvardenfell's furnishings did for months. inside the traitors vault in arteaum, there is a circle of 20 wardrobes around the area I highlighted loot them all for a chance at furnishings.

No, I have been doing this for at least 140 green+ items a day and have not gotten a single motif or recipe from a person. I focus nobles and low % targets usually bc I've heard they have a higher chance, although I don't know if thats true. However, going through the 4 Alinor locked homes has netted me 2 purple non-dlc recipes, and 2 blue alinor recipes. I got 1 blue alinor recipe and a ton of random greens from the location mentioned in this thread after 4 runs.

I'm not sure. I haven't tried but later today I will check it out.

Almost forgot about this! No, you cannot access the Crystal Tower after you have done the quest. So disappointing!

I was on a noob alt and was looking through the guild rosters for someone in Traitor's Vault to Port to so I could farm wardrobes, and I noticed someone in the Crystal Tower. So I ported to them, and zoned into a weird place with a pink sky, and suddenly I was joined by a high elf caster and a fighter, with the little quest member chevron over their heads. I started walking over to some urns, in stealth, and these two were crouched behind me, following my every move. I explained my situation in guild chat, and they laughed and told me I had just ported into the end of the story. Told me I should dip if I didn't want to spoil it for myself. But I looked around, there must have been a couple hundred urns around, so I looted them all first, snagged a few good plans and recipes, then ported out.

The Psijics must have been quite the thieving bunch back in the day!

@Aliyavana
I tried the wardrobe floor many times, but it seems the area was nerfed. About half of them are always empty, and the rest have lockpicks, style materials, and random armor. Sometimes I got jewelry, but now that is also nerfed. I got one purple pattern (dark elf rug), but every time I revisited got more and more junk.

Same with the Monastery in Shimerene. Chances are better to find this stuff in the world. I found most of the Alinor plans in random furniture in Alinor or Shimerene. The furniture around the Divine Prosecution NPCs in Alinor has good chance to give Alinor furnishing blueprints. I got 3-4 from those containers. I think that some containers have better loot than others.
