I found foul water next to the whirlpool entrance of sea keep mission, outside sea keep. I saw it once, fished in it and then no more. Do they restore themselves after a while?

there can be foul water near the entrance and exit of the sink hole you go in to for the main story line.
Though BECAUSE its foul water spot and thus rare, its usually already empty at prime times.

That map isn't complete, there are plenty more foul water areas near the zoo in S/E and the ruined city in N/W, just as a few examples.

I was fishing on the PC EU server last night, and found a foul spot in the Rellenthil sinkhole.

I wish they would stop making zones where there are only a handful of fishing spots for a particular water type. Foul water seems to be the worst offender.

well in Alik'r there are like 4 or 5 foulwater spots, but 1 is always up, so its just annoing to run from spot to spot.

in SS the problem seems to be, that foulwater and Saltwater sahre the same respawn pool,or that foulwater respawning is bugged on its own.

I have spent hours today trying to fish the foul holes. They never seem to respawn. Even if I sit and wait rather than trying to go to another. Eventually I log out/back in and sometimes then I can get one up but it's taking far longer than it should just to find somewhere I can cast a line. I've found 7 holes around Summerset (not counting the one I found in Karnwasten) but I can do circles from all 7 and not a single one is up.

Credit to previous posters for most of these listed but I have found a couple not listed.
2 at Alinor Docks
1 at Welenkin Geyser
1 at Sunhold Geyser
1 at Lillandril (near swirling entrance to go underground)
1 at Bridge/stream north of Rellenthil Geyer
2 at Sil-Var-Woad (one in front & one behind elephant)
2 at Congrads Waste (pick of location of one posted in this thread…look North from this hole across ruins to the point with another building).
? in Karnwasten - drop straight down near entrance to lake the easiest holes
1 in a big sink hole (best way I can describe it and I think it might have a waterfall). I think it around Russafeld Heights Wayshine.

There are actually 2 foul holes in the sink holes. One in each.

@elven.were_wolf Did you try clicking on the link? You get a much better map with fishing holes that you can clearly see.

I have 2 maps for Summerset online.
1) The regular one (810x810px) here: https://housetertia.com/fishing-summerset/
2) The highres one (2662x2662px) here: https://housetertia.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/fishing-summerset-highres.png

Summerset is a rather large zone and people have been asking for a more accurate map, hence I created the highres version too.

As @Hippie4927 wrote, click the link to the highres map and zoom in, then the map pins are larger. Or if you prefer to have an overview about the whole map with less accuracy use the regular map (see first point above).
