Oh, it might be a problem in Summerset. But root of the problem is Empower working with Overload and resulting one-shots. Sure, Overload ganking will become more powerful, but so will in fight useage, arguably more with Rune Cage, actually. So I find it a little silly to complain about the ganking version when you don't even need it to one shot players with little to no counterplay.

It might, yes. But my point was: From ZOS PoV ganking or near one shots never were an issue worthy of adjustment. A while ago they scratched the bonus damage for attacking from stealth, and added stun protection to RML, and that was it. No further changes.
For as long as NB had the ganking monopoly it never was an issue apparently regardless of the forum complaints. And now that the monopoly is broken apparently it’s an issue that needs to be addressed post haste somehow? To me it’s disingenuous to point to Sorc ganking while finding NB ganks totally ok.
