@ZOS_GinaBruno can you please give us an estimation on how long the Servers will remain in Maintenance?
The Maintenance is going on for about 6hrs now, which is a bit longer than usual.
Granted there were some major Server Issues the past few days, and you want to be sure everything is in working order.
An estimation would still be much appreciated

At this point - What difference does it make what time it is, there?
They started it at the time they decided to start it.
That means they knew what time it was going to be when they set the time to start it.

The amount of maintenance downtime recently is starting to get really annoying.
My hope is that as they were proceeding with the maint they either found something that was problematic in addition to whatever they originally were dealing with and are trying to get it sorted OR they are testing the bejabbers out of it to try to avoid further problems and major riots over the weekend.
Or, after the week so far, they all fell asleep.

And I know it isn't always super easy to predict how long everything's going to take, but when I read "a few hours" it might as well have said "2-12", except that would have been slightly better because then at least I'd know the time was really uncertain instead of thinking Gina problably means about X hours but I have no idea what X is. Well I understand that this maintenance takes a bit longer than normally, since they had pretty bad server issues the past few days.
And now they want check things, and maybe reduce the risk of those server breakdowns again, and this takes time.
But still a Info would be nice.
Just 1 sentce like. "We estimate it will take us antoehr 1 hrs from now" would be fine IMOPC EU

Whether Gina is there or not, I'm sure there is someone in the building capable of taking the responsibility to get an estimate and typing:
'Ya'll can get some sleep if you want, we expect to be up AROUND XX:xx. We me be sooner, we may be later, but thats an approximate window at this point.'

Here's the thing. Those servers? They're not in the same building as Gina and the folks who code, support, etc. Right about now the non-tech (the people NOT doing the server work) are likely showing up for the day so hopefully we'll see some info soon.
