Wouldn't use it, but would support it. I suspect it might not be so simple to implement though, because of the way the MQ segues into Caldwell's silver and gold. Imagine the flood of tears if only people who had completed Caldwell's could get the token at all!

That makes a lot of sense. That I would support. I would use it for one of my characters. I didn't realize each race belonged to an alliance. I would like to use him in pvp but he is my only character in a different alliance. No way I can play in that alliance.

Yes, of course.

I actually wonder why it isn't the case yet. After all, you can creat characters in every alliance .. so what treachery such a token would bring that crating another character wouldn't?

I would support both an Alliance Change token and also a Class Change token, each with a 90-Day account-wide cooldown upon use. A cooldown is required in order to minimize abuse of these account changes.

- If a player wants to switch sides during a campaign, they forfeit ALL progress in their current Home campaign, be unable to re-enter that specific campaign until it ends, and will effectively be locked to the new faction on that character for next 90 days. This would be fair and prevent players from farming both sides of the fight half-way through a campaign.

- Class change causes the player's character to gain the new class skill lines and abilities - each at Rank 1. Class skill lines and abilities are always reset to Rank 1 upon using the Class Change token, regardless of having leveled them previously.

Alliance change is relevant for an group of players, the ones who joined the game for PvE, joined an very nice guild who also do pvp, but in another alliance. Price it an 3000-5000 crowns, people will not jump all over

It can be done intelligently..
The character switching alliance would drop to 0 in the ranking of the campain. That way, I don't see how it could possibly be abused.

I don't do PVP, so, if there is something I'm not aware of that would make this abuseable, please tell me.

If there were no limitations, people would abuse it.

I think there would be some serious pvp consequences.

Imagine, you are DC and you are struggling in Cyrodiil. You and a group of your friends jump ship and go to Aldmeri and purposely lose all the fights so DC can capture stuff. Then you swap back to DC.
