Remember that we also have the anniversary event coming up. People usually return to the game and special weekend access is granted to try the game. The increased numbers makes sense to wait until then for making a big announcement.0 -

I'd say we're rather heading towards a June 25th-30th release date (maybe June 25th early access and June 30th official release). They seem to be a bit behind their schedule and we still have no announcement.
As long as the Chapter releases before July 1st they aren't behind schedule.

Given that the announcements for HotR, Clockwork City, and Dragon Bones were all pretty short, I think that there is still plenty of time for them to announce.
Even if they wait until the end of March (2 weeks out), that still gives a couple more weeks before the package needs to ship to PTS to stay on schedule for an early June release.
