Glacier is probably just a code name
Glacier means we're getting a frost mage class finally! (I'm still not over the mediocrity of Frost Wardens)

Besides the whole volcano opening just looks like a "dunmer ashole."
Really hard to find one in game that isn't one actually

Not, it does not.
I believe, Glacier could be a metaphor for them slowly letting the ice melt, to reveal what's underneath it.

The terminal moraine is rich in minerals such as nerfsorcspar and nerfnbsalt.

SantieClaws pointed out to me on Twitter yesterday how close PAX is now, so it could be they're holding off until a bigger event to announce it.
There is new memento - Wyrd Elemental Orb. Reward for Chapter prologue quest confirmed?
I keep seeing mentions of ESO Live this week--has ZOS explicitly said they're holding one? Usually we only get ESO Live leading up to and shortly after an update. Since Dragon Bones is behind us, I wouldn't expect one tomorrow.

Usually there is a discussion thread when a new ESO live is going to be happening and I have yet to see an official announcement about an ESO live this week.

Gina let it slip that they will be picking class reps before the next patch comes out. April 8th was the date she selected for class rep selections to be revealed. So most likely we won't see the DLC in pts form maybe a month or two afterwards.
That's my guess.

New content spends roughly 6 weeks in PTS.
If they're aiming for an early June release like last time, means the chapter will have to enter PTS in the 2nd or 3rd week of April.

I'd say we're rather heading towards a June 25th-30th release date (maybe June 25th early access and June 30th official release). They seem to be a bit behind their schedule and we still have no announcement.
