It's easy. Just put it on and Walla....
The outfit system was not what i was asking for. I wanted a way to reforge my armor permanently into what ever style i learned using mimic stones, not having to use a whole new system to create costumes that i have to pay for slots per piece and spend more money.
Too many silly floaty shoulders though.

One of the reason I prefer costumes. I can't handle those floating shoulders... Same with some shoes (where there is a thing which float in front the knee, like the Outlaw shoes. I don't know how to explain better in English. I hope it's understable.)

I set all the color swatches to my best light blues and whites, and browse the motifs. Some of them you’d think aren’t even dyed. Altmer robes get the closest of the ones I have. The two Morrowind costumes meanwhile dye to a perfect snow white and icy blue.
And if ZOS wanted to really make money from this, they’d make it so you could purchase any missing motif chapter right there in the outfit interface for crowns like you can buy housing items in the housing interface.
So at the moment, it’s a combo of costumes and outfit slot to dye weapons.

...has anyone put out an outfitting addon yet that lets you "save" outfits for future use without saving them to an actual outfit slot?
