PC EU, on my magsorc the barswaping is realy weird ,
my skill bar is changing but the weapon itself is swaping 2seconds later ,
there is no delay at casting skills , 70 ping . so WTF is wrong with the barswap ???

Rainingblood✭✭✭There is a thread in the Bug Reports forum also and there are a lot of us experiencing this bug and it makes the game unplayable. Literally.
It's not an add-on issue. The only two add-ons I'm using ATM are up-to-date, but I've also experienced the bug while all add-ons are disabled.
I've just been playing in Cyrodiil today, but it definitely gets worse with the more players around you. With a DC Zerg on me I couldn't swap weapons at all. ✭✭✭✭✭I've been going through my characters, one at a time. My CP characters, consistantly, take at least 2 seconds on a bar swap. My sub 50s are fine.
I get to my StamDK, and it's a six second bar swap. To be clear, I can't even block during those six seconds. I can't pick my active abilities, or confirm what their timers look like. Some will work, others won't. Animations are botched.
This renders any high level content completely unplayable. No hyperbole.4 -

We've seen reports of this and are looking into it, but we could use a few more details from you. Are you experiencing this while using a keyboard-and-mouse, or a gamepad?
Also, as @Nihility42 mentioned, some are reporting that this is happening when using the LUI addon. While we don't want to blame addons, it would be helpful to rule them out of the equation. The easiest way to do this is to copy your AddOns folder to your desktop, delete it from your "Elder Scrolls Online > live" folder and try running the game with nothing in your AddOns folder. If you don't see the issue, start placing addons back into your AddOns folder one at a time to see if the issue resurfaces.

I do not use that addon, and for me it's on the gamepad.
It seems to be somewhat random, but some of the easier animation cancels refuse to go through. As in, I will try to swap mid animation, after the confirmation, and it will wait until the animation finishes.
Other times, it just delays.
It did seem to clear up after the mini maint. What seems to be in it's place is a animation glitch when drawing the weapon, causing the character to run like they dont have their weapons out until I stop moving completely.Edited by Doctordarkspawn on February 13, 2018 12:48AM1 -
visionality✭✭✭✭✭Found a quick fix - set TEXTURE SETTINGS to low and swap will perform normally again.
Its only texture settings that make the difference, everything else can stay the same.
Added: Game looks really ugly with low textures though. Perfect conditions to admire your new outfit ... err ... or notEdited by visionality on February 13, 2018 12:48AM6
