FTC Not Working on New Toon

Works on all my other toons but not one I just created, anyone got ideas? When I first log on it pops up with this blank menu-
Also get this error on all toons but the addon works fine:
user:/AddOns/FoundryTacticalCombat/frames/controls.lua:105: operator .. is not supported for nil .. string
