Soul shriven motif is being devalued error in notes

    Thanks @aliyavana! So it's an actual costume and not something that is used with the outfit system? Either way, glad it's account-wide. I have a character on the cusp of level 40 and I didn't know whether I had to park her until the next update. I have characters that are in the 20s and 30s, so I'll be able to unlock this for my account with one of them.

    Thanks @aliyavana! So it's an actual costume and not something that is used with the outfit system? Either way, glad it's account-wide.     The Outfit System also has Prisoner's Rags (2 shirts, 2 pants, 2 sandals and the wrist irons). They are supposed to be awarded for completing the Soul Shriven in Coldharbour quest. They unlocked for me when I logged into a character who had already done the quest.

    So we get pieces of the Prisoners Rags for the outfit system that unlock with a quest plus an actual costume at level 40? It's interesting that the outfit pieces are awarded retroactively but the costume isn't. I guess it's because one is awarded for a quest, but the other is part of the level-up advisor and they've stubbornly refused to award the account-wide rewards retroactively.
