Maybe they waiting until we forgot about the event and blame them for the next so they dont need to do anything.

When I asked support what they would do regarding my ability to only get 44 out of 56 boxes due to the broken event, they said that they would do absolutely nothing.
This whole thing has been negative. For me, it has a cumulative effect with their over reliance on RNG instead of other mechanisms.
I'll wait and see if they implement some kind of remedial action to all of this. They have a chance to restore some of their brand reputation with the player base, depending on how they choose to respond, if at all

They probaly wont, as its the shareholders that determine the response, not the actual developers.

@nightstrike Don't be too disheartened as that's the long and short of supports "support" in the vast majority of times I've dealt with them. They're more than useless.
