    We don't have any news or updates on the status of the reward boxes, but we'll let everyone know as soon as we do.

    If you own ESO plus during the free ESO + days (9-15th ish?) Each day you log in you get a free crate later. This is like the third time they've done this.

    There will be no mystery boxes I'm thinking

    Different competition, so answer is no. They had a faulty product at the time of this event and no compensation has been rewarded.
    These "free" crate are something completely separate.
