    I was facing this same problem on PC EU since 17thish November.
    Renders the game totally unplayable.
    But it has vanished into nothing since the second day of new life festival.

    Right now trying to resurrect at a forward camp. Loading screen 6 minutes and counting.

    .... 10 Minutes. Killed the client with Alt-F4.

    Thought the long load screens were fixed but encountered them several times last night in PUG dungeons. Each time I had to take a portal to join a group in progress who had lost a tank. Before last night it was only when using wayshrines. Hopefully last night was a fluke b/c like I said, much better after last fix.

    I had a major issue following 17/12 for just one character. He was staying in Shadowfen at Stormhold because he's the last character I have that needs riding skills and there's a stable near the writ drop-off. I was having to attempt to load the game and him multiple times every night in order to do a provisioning writ and add more riding skill. I moved him to Vvardenfell and the issue went away so I believe there is either an issue specifically with Stormhold or Shadowfen.

    Recently one of my characters was levelling through Clockwork City. I had been parking him in the Brass Fortress but decided to stop once outside in the CC wilds and I had to reload several times dues to disconnects. I haven't logged off in the CC wilds since and don't intend to.

    I have massively long loading screens on the xbox when playing in pvp zones.
    It really takes the fun out of it, as you play, get killed by a lagspike, then have to wait 5 minutes before you respawn.

    So in your template:

    Platform: Xbox one (EU)
    Game: Eso, installed on internal Harddrive
    Location: Cyrodiil
    Triggers:
    - Travelling from keep to keep,
    - Resurrecting after death
    - Using rapid maneauver+Sprint while being on a mount.

    Avg loading screen time: ~4 minutes. (Sometimes only 2 minutes, often it exceeds 5 minutes.)
    This makes group play impossible... my friends usually travel to a point, run to the enemy keep and take it while I'm still waiting in load screen.

    Currently running the Alik'r dolmen train and getting stuck in load screens everytime I hit a wayshrine due to people being offline.

    Just had my first infinite load screen since the "fix".

    Going from Kynesgrove WS to the Stonetooth WS.
    After relog was still in Eastmarch.

    Had my first infinite loadscreen since the fix. Was traveling from Hssmir in Shadowfen to Kynesgrove to report back to Breda. Went for over 5 minutes before I quit.

    Xbox NA, Xbox One X, game is on the internal hard drive.

    Edit: for what it's worth I didn't even end up at my destination after re-logging which was happening during the last load-screens issue so I wonder if this is a completely different issue.

    Yesterday evening PC/EU/Vivec

    Played for several hours in cyrodiil without long loading screens, but then they came back: first when I resurrected at a keep, then every time I used the transitus. All took several minutes until they finally succeeded.

    Full group of 24, nobody offline or in a delve or outside of cyrodiil.

    I've been getting sporadic "disappearing ouroboros logo" loading screens, either wayshrine-hopping within a zone, or changing zones or story instances with the sounds but the lingering loading screen pictures. Alt+F4 doesn't work, you have to forcibly close from the task bar or the task manager window. It also sounds like I'm not alone with this particular brand of loading screen failure, I seem to recall getting the odd one of these a few months ago, when I once entered the Thieves Den from outside Abah's Landing, and I believe it may've been even before HotR, but definitely before CwC.

    Please, why is it happening?!

    PS4 NA - I was in a loading screen for 13 minutes (before closing the game) while travelling from Voljar Meadery Wayshrine to Kynesgrove Wayshrine in Eastmarch.

    - regular PS4
    - replacement hard drive
    - - which is a hybrid hard drive (SSHD)

    Porting from Windhelm to Kaynesgrove... yeah that's right... who knew it took so long to go a few hundred meters.

    Had to cancel load - this is stupid. Been porting the players all day, I choose to use a wayshrine and it locks up.

    The issue is certainly not resolved, and it wasn't specific to console. We were, and still are, experiencing it on PC.

    Is a new sticky going to replace this one? Because this just smells of you guys trying to sweep this issue under the rug.

    Your mods are going around locking threads about this issue, telling people to go to this thread, but you've unstickied this thread so it's eventually going to get buried under dumb topics like Khajiit speak in zone chat and our feelings on it.

    It's not resolved... it's back. And to have a thread closed with the NEW infinite load screen bug, and then directed to this one I feel is avoidance of the issue.

    75% of transit shrine moves leads to infinite load screens for me... death is almost certain 99% infinite load screen. PS4 NA Server, Kyne and Vivec offer the same results.

    I got another one in PvE about 2 days ago on Xbox. Could be an isolated incident as it's the only one I've had since the fix but still concerning.

    Another holiday another bout of impossibly long load times, come clean ZOS this is because you don't have sufficient capacity! At least give us options on those horribly long load screens so we can give up trying without having to force quit.

    Just had a loading screen that lasted about 15 minutes until I force quit the client applications.

    Not sure if this is relevant, but I was in Cyrodiil, Vivec campaign, on the porch of Sejanus Outpost, and I died while alt-tabbed to Google Chrome. When I alt-tabbed back, I selected the respawn location and the loading screen started.

    I seriously don't understand why some have loading issues and some don't. I haven't had a 'long loading screen' in months. That includes Cyrodiil.

    On PS4-NA and have experienced numerous load screens all during the day today. People that I was grouped with as well. This happened in Cyrodiil (Vivec), and my console specifically is a PS4 Pro.

    I hope that you all get this sorted out seriously this time, because these infinite load screens are back in full-effect. And it is ruining the experience of a lot of players. :(
