So you were busy the last years?

We’ve also added a trait tracker that will allow you to see whether or not you've researched the unique trait on an item. Completely accurate. 2 weeks and going strong with infinite load screens.

We'll have some news for you early next week on when you can expect these fixes to go live and what happened to cause all this. For now, if you aren't already, you can try relogging when you're sitting at a long load screen and that will sometimes help get you through a little faster.
Thanks again for your patience; we know this has been a very frustrating issue to deal with.
Hopefully lessons are being learned. The daily updates are appreciated, but 14 days sometimes feels like an eternity when you're unable to enjoy the game you support with a paid subscription. I'm a bit concerned that this may require a client-side fix, which will face further delay as it moves through the console manufacturer approval process.
I'm sometimes left with the impression that the company's sense of urgency isn't matching the players' level of frustration.
This would be a "work-evenings, no-weekends-off-until-it's-fixed" issue in my line of work. I can't imagine offering a service that some people are paying for being broken for so long. Still, it is what it is - I just hope that internal testing procedures for consoles might be worth improving in the future. They clearly fell short this time around.
