As for streaks being common as seen in game though, they shouldn't be that specific an item. Yes, streaks are likely like a coin flip heads or tails coming up tails 50 times in a row then heads 50 times in a row, but we are dealing with monster mask sets number more than 10 base types with variations after that.
It's more than a little odd that a random 1/10 comes up 35/50 times. That seems like weighted drop chance making some "less desirable items" more common than "more desirable" when we haven't been told such weighting exists in this system.
I am calling shenanigans on the drop chance code.
