He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis2 -

✭✭✭I DO think however that this maint may take until short after NA ZOS Opening Hours because of the fact that I think they auto-upload patches, but then a real person has to QA check, and those are American staff.
I hope I am wrong; since I am in the UK and am bored to death with kids home on hols and bad weather xD0 -

I’m guessing the drop rate for the Aetheric Cipher was increased to once or maybe even twice a week so ZOS is lowering it back down to its regular once a month drop rate per server and platform.

All PNJ were called " Offline " ... and all the french translation has been removed from the game ... not a single word in french, you couldn't even do your dailies craft cause you couldn't know what you need to craft ... But it's fix now.0 -

I [and the guild I'd like to join] really do hope the fix for not being able to join a 5th guild is not going to take months to get working.....
