Pretty sure you missunderstood. He meant that by now if there was problem with EN the server would be already down unlike when there is problem with FR.

Thanks for the feedback but please manage this quickly as most of your french community is impacted.

That would be a huge let down to wait one week for something like that.

#ESOfrenchcommunity isn't important enough to need a hotfix.

We will wait, again; like the 3 other times it happened after a patch.

This is extremely impacting, as it prevents all Frenchspeaking users to play and sell the items while they are the most expensive, and also, probably, to know what they are getting from the plunder skulls. (I don't know yet, as the game is still uploading for me.)

Khajiit thinks that perhaps it might be a nice act of goodwill, if possible, to extend the Witches Festival yes to allow all of the French players to get at least a full two weeks of plundering yes.

You do realize that this will prevent all French-speaking users to participate at a crucial moment for the in-game economy, and also, even, to know what they get or don't get from plunder skulls, even to buy plunder skulls items from Guild Stores while they are cheap, right? Because this will introduce a huge bias in future in-game economy. And I am not even speaking about the House, which will plainly cease to be available after this week.

The discussion should be about bug fixing, not other philosophical issues that some may or may not have

Game as it is, is broken for people with FR version, it should be fixed ASAP and that's it

That's not a matter of speaking only French. I am a native French-speaker, using the French version of the game, I have notions of Portuguese, and obviously I can also speak English, since I am here.

It is not even clear at this point that just changing towards the English version (not sure how to do it anyways) would solve this severe bug.

That's not the point.
The point is that ZOS sells this game in FOUR different, fully localized versions. People in other countries / languages know what they're up to when they buy it. But french-speaking people who bought the game and play in french are ENTITLED to have it working in french. As someone else's said, it's commercial. Product ain't working. Fix ASAP (which means, not next week...). End of story.

(NB : I'm french, I speak english, I play in english, but that doesn't change any of it. The game SHOULD work in french).

I realize that this is maybe a marginal issue, but I really like the stories told in the material furnishers' mails. I am skipping to the English Version of the game (thanks for the 7,8G additional download), hoping this will allow me to play while waiting the fix, but this means that I will recieve some of these mail in English. I might miss some puns, some character names might be translated weirdly...

So it could be nice to think of including those mails in the Eidetic Memory for delayed consultation, some day... (Also, could a Crown Store section of the Eidetic Memory include the Grim Harlequin and Stahlrim Frostcaster motifs?)
