When I join a Guild, does the Guild tag show on all of my alts despite faction or just the toon who join the Guild?

Guild tags (I'm assuming you mean the name of the guild displayed beneath your character/account name) are dependent upon slotting the guild tabard for that guild. If your alts don't wear the tabard, the name won't be displayed.

I have a problem I know it's off topic but I don't know how to post yet. On the Ps4 we have really bad lag and ui issues causing problems. Well, I went to sign out after I changed the motd and made sure everything was okay, only to get a frozen screen then find I was out of my own guild named after my own character! This is not a player issue but a game issue. I need ZoS to put me back as gm. The person that is gm now is an offline player, so all the work I have done is gone. It has broke my heart I cried all night. Can anyone please give me helpful advice? Again I am very sry about being off topic, ty.

Ty, for your advice. I used the in-game help got a support ticket. I did it twice.

I got a reply. They told me to go on the forums for help! An that I should power reset my Ps4 to fix their server issues and ui bugs that are well know. I am heart broken by their lazy answer.

That is their automatic message I think. Try responding to that and say that your issue has not been resolved and explain again what your problem is. Remember to include as much detail as you can and try not to lose your patience :P

I had a friend that had a similar problem and they told them they can't do anything that he has to contact that person so they can make him guild master anyways he refused so he had to make a new one.

This is not really good news. It took so much work. I really put my heart into it everyone was happy campers. It is sad that it is on their end with all the ui bugs, the insane lag, and those wonderful random loading screens. Thank you for the reply.

I wish plp would really push for things like these to be fixed. There are a lot of guild issues that are very unfair to the plp who create them.

But that's because the new GM refused. If the new GM no longer plays the game and thus isn't able to refuse, then ZOS can instate a new GM. One of my friends' trade guilds had an issue where the GM stopped logging on, and ZOS said that if the GM had been offline for 40+ days, then they can install a new GM.

To get a "real person response"
Report your issue and get our incident number
Send in a second report, with just the incident number.
It confuses their auto reply monkey and it take the message to its master Entailing an "human" response

Its 90% on there end but they dont know how to fix their servers, lag is real bad on ps4

Its not the first time that i have heard it happen, I recall a similar issue a couple of months ago on another platform.

This is something they really need to fix. I am really hoping they do. It really has taken so much out of me it makes me sad to just log in.

I put together a guild that gave and did not take. Everyone had access to the bank, and the guildhall that I bought with my own money. I never asked for dues, I put weekly events together. No one was held out of any content because of their lvl, or build. I liked seeing plp happy. This is just such a slap in the face. The guild is even named after my own character. This just really broken my heart.

How do I post plz? I have been on with customer support all day. I gave my gt and support ticket. I explained to them that it was a game issue, and not a player issue. I explained that this issue has happened to other plp and that if they could fix something in 40 days they could fix it now. I asked for a real person and even put @ginabruno in the msg. I then told them something I really didn't want to share but it was why eso was important to me and brings me happiness which is the reason I am able to play eso as much as I can now. It is because I am terminally ill, I have never played a game before a in my life. I will not grow old or have a chance to have children and the pain from the tumors makes my daily life a struggle. I even offered to show them the medical scans and to be my make a wish and just give a loyal customer something back that was mine. Instead I got "I think I am a real person" a sarcastic response with there is nothing we can do. A very cold and uncaring response to a customer.

Not true.

I have "show guild" on my interface and all the folks I game with (none of whom wear tabards) display their guilds when I "look" at them.

are you SURE about that? because unlike in GW2, there is no option to select which guild to represent other then wearing a tabard for that guild, and an account can be in up to 5 guilds simultaneously. bear in mind that costumes hide appearance of a tabard, only showing guild name under character/account name. even in options themselves, it literally says

show guild (Equipped tabard)

Yup I'm sure.

Now ask me if I have ascertained a pattern to which guild shows - and no I have not. I have the vague sense that if we share a guild, that's the one I see (or one of them), but I'm not willing to bet a limb on it, and other than that I have no idea which guild shows.

I'm sorry you have been treated so poorly, and I'm not sure how your guild dumped you. I didn't even think that was possible.

OTOH, I have played (a bit) on PC EU and it's been a while, so now I'm curious as to if anyone has taken over my (tiny) guild.

It was my guild. I was the gm it should not be possible to happen do to the settings. Except due to game error as I have explained if you bothered to read.

I did read your posts, and I'm still not clear on what happened or how it happened, but maybe you aren't entirely sure either.

Perhaps I'm not understanding what you mean when you say that you want to make a post.

If what you mean is you want to start a thread, then you have to go to one of the forum categories to do so.

If I did it right, this should be a general help one, and you should see a big white button on the leftish side of the top of the page that says "start thread"

Grt was meant to be 'get' (my phone been silly)
Just need to use the in game ticket system. That way has worked for me.
