    If what you mean is you want to start a thread, then you have to go to one of the forum categories to do so.

    If I did it right, this should be a general help one, and you should see a big white button on the leftish side of the top of the page that says "start thread"

    On the Ps4 we have an issue where u get stuck in ui when dealing with guild, or merchant. It was laggy and I got one of those wonderful random load screens next thing I lost my guild. I never left no one had permission to boot me. Other pop have had this happen too. It wasn't s guild issue, or player issue, it was a game issue. So they need to fix this because it's the right thing to do.

    Report you issue and grt our incident number
    Send in a second report, with just the incident number.
    It confuses their auto reply monkey and it take the message to its master Entailing an "human" response ;)

    Its 90% on there end but they dont know how to fix their servers, lag is real bad on ps4

    How do I post plz? I have been on with customer support all day. I gave my gt and support ticket. I explained to them that it was a game issue, and not a player issue. I explained that this issue has happened to other plp and that if they could fix something in 40 days they could fix it now. I asked for a real person and even put @ginabruno in the msg. I then told them something I really didn't want to share but it was why eso was important to me and brings me happiness which is the reason I am able to play eso as much as I can now. It is because I am terminally ill, I have never played a game before a in my life. I will not grow old or have a chance to have children and the pain from the tumors makes my daily life a struggle. I even offered to show them the medical scans and to be my make a wish and just give a loyal customer something back that was mine. Instead I got "I think I am a real person" a sarcastic response with there is nothing we can do. A very cold and uncaring response to a customer. :(

    This horrible response! It's something they can fix. All I know I have been crying since it happened. I shouldn't be robbed of this because of something on their end. :(
