Didn't know you could see him fly around like that, but yea that is one of the bosses in the Asylum, more of a Fabricant Titan than dragon.

Dragons in the elder scrolls universe don't have 4 legs. Only the two hind legs, and the wings, so no...not a dragon. Just a titan.

Titans are based on the skeleton of a dragon. Did Molag Bal add the legs? Lore says he enhanced the physical qualities but I can't find to what extent.

Original dragons had just 2 hind legs, Titans have 4 legs - Molag Bal most certainly added hands/front legs.

Which, technically, makes them wyverns instead of dragons. But, that distinction doesn't carry any weight on Nirn.

Well, here's a fun bit of trivia to mess with you. You know that Dragon you fight at the Whiterun Watchtower? Yeah, he wasn't revived by Alduin. He's actually alive, and active, in The Reach during the events of ESO. There's also a couple others active in the era, including one on Stros M'kai, and another in Glenumbra somewhere. (Specifically in it roosts in the inaccessible cliffs near Daggerfall.)

Also, the one you can fight in Blackreach is also currently alive.

Yes, in the "standard fantasy" setting that we are so accustomed to the "Dragons" of The Elders Scrolls are indeed Wyverns. But there are of course Fantasy outside of that standard.

No, in the historical definitions of mythical beings. Because if there was one thing Medieval Europe was good at, it was being weirdly obsessive about cataloging mythical beasts, and killing each other. Actually, strike that, if there were two things Medieval Europe was really good at, it was being weirdly obsessive about cataloging mythical beasts, killing each other, and spreading infectious diseases... actually, give me a second, let's go back...

    Google isn't being helpful.

There was that skyrim lorebook about dual enchanting where the dragon teacher spoke about it working because of two arms and two legs, or somesuch? Didn't that say something about dragons having more than two legs? Could they consider their arm separate from the sheet of skin that is their wing?

Like I said, google isn't pulling up the lore I want to reference.

More fun trivia, Paarthurnax's voice actor also plays Mario.

All told, there's about a dozen or so named dragons who survived the war. Some of them were hunted down, and don't appear in Skyrim, others pop up, or are left unresolved.

According to the "Atlas of Dragons", there's a dragon who lives somewhere in morrowind, and there's a nice piece of Apocrypha written about this such dragon.
