With this imperial city event going on how difficult is it to get?
Where is the best place to farm for it?
It's rng but how long might it take to farm?

Just a curious gamer on console that's wanted it for awhile

Bleh between ppl school and or work etc all my guilds seem less "active" on Xbox so forming a group to kill molag bal seems impossible bleh......

It drops from Molag Bal boss in the center of the sewers. I think you need to close all portals to make him spawn (of course, that tricky without a group, and dont forget there migh tbe enemy players).
The drop rate is super low, though.

You also need to be in the top 12 players of damage done to molag bal to be legible for the drop chance. I know someone who has had the scamp drop on his first kill, and I also know someone who has not recieved it on over 200 kills. Welcome to ESO RNG, happy grinding!

Wow.....that sounds broken I wish it just had a chance to drop from anyboss or something it took like 3hrs to get one group together in a guild I was in just to kill molag once bleh

I guess I am the opposite of that. When IC first launched I got 2 kills on Molag Ball very early on, got the skin at the first kill and the scamp on the second kill. Never had to grind him for anything but Runes and fragments to sell and use.

Playing a little over the weekend, it seemed to be dropping less than the skin. Although, I did get it on my 4th or 5th kill. This was on my PvE stamblade (built for questing vs. damage) with a small group of 15-20 and my damage was luckily high enough...then the population rose and I couldn't compete. Switched to my trials Sorc and getting loot every kill (up to 30+ by now) and no skin yet. Only one of those gold recall stone things.

I ended up getting the pet from a solo run on molag bal but took me at least 50 kills with the zerg of people down there to get the skin

Took about 15 kills for the scamp, and then another 30-40 for the skin. Also have 6 Haijacko or how ever you spell them. A large amount of Tel Var stones that I converted to alchemy reagents, almost 2,000 key fragments, and made a decent number of enemy player kills.

A buddy of mine got the Scamp in his second loot, whereas I farmed for 12ish hours to get the Scamp. Thus far, neither one of us have seen the skin. It's all good though. I plan on farming for Tel Var, Key Frags, gold (from selling Ornate loot), and PvP kills, so if it drops in the process, then great.

I got the scamp way back when IC was fresh and kind of new. But no luck on the skin yet.

Saturday, manged to do it about three times before getting killed off by an EP mob and got nothing.

Sunday, got the pet my first attempt and got the skin on my third.

RNG was very generous. Wish it was more often...

I've killed the Simulacrum Molag Bal who knows how many times and never got the scamp, but then pulled it on my first kill after the event started.

same here.

i've been to the middle a few times since, but it's usually swarming with blues, so i'm in no hurry to return.

not really feeling i.c. this year, anyway.

Never give up Also blue swarms are everywhere, even not on their "buff campaign"
It just has to drop sooner or later, and this event is currently best time to farm skin and pet. I saw many allies happy when they got skin or pet during these farm runs, so just have patience and don't be too upset when enemies want to grief you in the process. Just wish them to never get anything from Molag except alcahest for their dirty deeds

I was there many hours on Saturday - lot of allies, not always getting loot from Molag, often interrupted by enemy groups. Got scamp in the end...
I was there on Sunday many hours, and most of that time I spent traveling back to center cause of swarming enemies At least got sigil of retreat and hakeijo
I was there few hours yesterday, and there were not too many allies and not too many enemies - got skin in the end.

I got the pet the very first time I killed Molag Bal (which was just the week before the event started), and have seen it drop for a lot of people since. The skin though seems to drop much less often, as far as I've noticed. During the event I killed Molag Bal about 50 times, yet, and the only noteworthy things I got were 1 Hakeijo (well, at least something nice) and 1 Sigil of Imperial Retreat.

I got the skamp at launch, now trying to get the skin but after more than 100 kill with loot i got him five times again and no skin, it's just frustrating.

The tryhard bombers from other alliances are fun for the wait tho.
