[BUG] Volcanic Rune causing instant death, players exploiting.

Placing Volcanic Rune at the base of the relic spawn platforms reliably causes instant death when an enemy walks over it and gets flung into the air. The victim takes environmental damage from the spawn point above. Multiple players are now exploiting/abusing this. Please address ASAP @ZOS_BrianWheeler

    Same with meteor stun. Although on the altar doesn't work, has to be around the back.

    Also seen Wardens pulling people up into the spawn for instant death.

    It's great how they fixed this specifically for the IC sewer spawn points but not for BGs ;)

    On the flip side, you can use DK chains to pull someone DOWN from the spawn if that person would otherwise try to avoid the fight.
