I only ever got the "1v1 me bro!" during the tbag, but I only ever tbag those damn trolls that don't contribute but just wont die, so when they do die, they deserve a good bagging. . .they know what they did, and why its happening.

I haven't gotten a true hate tell in ages. The closest I got was after a good fight with a stamblade ganker he killed me and whispered RIP. I responded and said well played, you're dope and he thanked me and we ended up chatting and becoming friends.

What I do get periodically is GF tells and occasionally someone asking about my build. As fun as hate tells are the GF/build tells are a better indicator IMO.

I have gotten maybe like 3 hate tells. All from gankblades. But most people end up in a long 1v1 sessions were good about it regardless of losing or winning. I know I am terrible when 2~6 players playing good classes tbag me after I try to get them off all by myself.

If you wanna farm hate messages just T bag any decent player you take down.

I've noticed the better they are the more they kick off when the pixel bawls come out. It's kinda like a new sub game. And the less of a reason you have to do it the better.

The best T bag targets are the solo/small scale players that got zerged down just before you arrived. Then, even though you did 0 damage to this player, you still bag him. Salt mine for sure

PvPed on my sorc for the first time since Shadows of the Hist patch a couple days ago. Got a juicy "*** you ez mode build" from a double procblade within 10 minutes. He even put me on ignore before I could send him a

Few days ago I finally geared out my Proctato (Viper Selen hunt stamblade ), and the following were the wipsers I got:

I used to get more hate when I played regularly more than a year ago. Since being casual, I receive more complimentary tells. So perhaps this theory has merit.

I find most trash talkers these days are echo-boxes for the streamers they based their gameplay on. They are morally superior, you see, for running double proc builds and attempting to gank randoms along lanes. They must only be as outnumbered as they choose to be and if you upset that balance by defending your undergeared teammates, clearly you are to be pitied for being pure trash.

You can tell when someone is baiting for hate tells. (They tea bag u, they soul assault/destro x v 1 u, proc u w/e) I've only taken the bate once. Then I blocked the person because I'm a baddy and I don't care.

Alma and Daniel were genuinely convinced we are the same lol, they only ever referred to me as Ghostbane. They would always say they just got done killing me on my AD when I didn't even have an AD lol.

best way to get flamed a lot is to be very vocal yourself. you can be a terrible player, if you whisper enemies and teabag them, they'll whisper back.

being called a cheater is more of a compliment for me. i also think that it's a good sign if you can sit on your horse around an enemy keep and solo players try to go far around you or wait until 5+ accumulate before anyone attacks.

hate tell are mostly reactions to other hateful things (ofc not exclusively)

T-bags are a much better metric of ability. I got hate tells all the time playing my healthplar but get almost none on my sniper, even though my sniper is 2x a cancer build. But the reverse is true of t-bags. When I die on the sniper, I always get t-bagged, sometimes for 5 min+... One time I had to run to the store and when I came back the guy was still t-bagging me...

A sure sign that you are bad at pvp in general is when You have to reroll as a Metta build in a group with other Metta builds, using every exploit to go pick off randoms. Then puff your chest on forums like it was some inner skill or talent that you have.

Where can one find these "friendly" whispers?.. Clearly I've been playing the wrong breed of nightblade if I'm looking for a "constructive" PvP experience alone.
Grab a staff and suddenly everyone's chill? Haha, I would sincerely look into mixing it up if that's the case.

Well I am dual wield lately...but it's true! I killed 8 people in a tower just earlier, and got a "good job, love your channel" from the second guy to die, who sat there watching the whole rest of the fight. Like...c'mon man, I just want some salt. Cavalry's right, mageblade masterrace!

Then again, I can see how your stamblade would be particularly infuriating to chase around. Not surprised you get rage.

My general PVP motto is YOLO everything, eventually you'll get good at it, lolz.

My other is - dying is good for you as long as you learn from it - the only problem is that I am a slow learner.

Hatewhispers are fun. I hve a small collection of them in a Guild Note. One's following:
Eat some pizza, *snip*head. (I got no clue where pizza comes into the picture though, I'm not even italian

Another one that made me laugh, is on my stamina nightblade(Which I can't play at all - but still managed to kill a few people with my duo):
Pìss on you too, salty kitty. (Yes, my stamblade is a kittycat named "Fluffy Furball Kitten"). After I asked him why he tbagged me after he zerged me down =(

Hatewhisps are fun. Although i do seem to get a lot more of them when I play stamblade. Played my stamblade maybe ~8-10hours in PvP in total. Got more ragewhispers playing that, than I got in total when playing my templar - who I've been playing for like 1 year and a half.
