They will do it when it's warranted.I wish they would do it like at the start where they actually compensated players with ESO+ (3 days compensation actually), altho I doubt they will do it again now.
God...No you are not, strange you don't know what you are paying for.
So where, do you think, my money goes?
ESO+ - is a supporting the studio and maintaining for the current service. With a little (really little) in-game bonuses.
"genius"...In WOW, if crazy sh*t happens - they are always prolong the sub-time, happy to teach you something.Really? Care to name some? Care to point on them, where unexpected crap are not compensating for subs?MLGProPlayer wrote: »Almost every online game does weekly maintenance, and it often takes a few hours.
Wow being the biggest, and most recognizable. SWtOR never did anything for maintainence as long as I was subbed. Rift gives out a bunch of trap for unscheduled stuff, but non subs get it too, and it is useless crap.
Sometimes when you wanna ride the roller coaster, you have to wait in a long line. Is it fair to ask for your money back if the line is longer, or the ride is shut down? Maybe, but good luck getting blood from a stone.
SWTOR? Never, I repeat, NEVER there was something even close to 4-hour weekly downtime, can't even imagine 12-hr.
RIFT? never played, so can't say.
From the other side: GW2 just do not have down-time. And, what a surprise!!!!, no lags in the PVP-area too.
Warframe do not have down-time.
Damn, maybe maintenance time causes that lags here?!
usually happening between 3AM and 6AM, so few players are really affected.
Today's one was scheduled? Really? When? Today?as this is scheduled maintenance you are out of luck.
I hope you understand that "happy without it" does not equal to "against it"drakhan2002_ESO wrote: »as most people voted they don't want any compensation

Oh, sure, white sir, whole Europe has one single time-zone.[*] Why is downtime always in peak EU time? (when happening at 10am)

Firstly well done on taking a generic point in a list of common threads and making it about yourself.

So, for you it is 11am. Still not considered 'peak time'.
And why do you keep editing your posts to take the snarky comments out? Snarky player is snarky.

To set the record straight since you feel like injecting your own poor reading comprehension to my post, I never said "happy without it"

But there is a poll option for it ><
