Alliance War Skill - Siege Skill Tree

Perhaps there should be a third Alliance War skill tree for additional siege abilities with the first unlock starting at Alliance War Centurion. If so, what abilities should such a skill tree have? Better range, stronger siege equipment? New siege equipment that you can purchase with AP only if you have the necessary skill unlocked?
