[BUG] Attention ZoS: NA/PC AS Rollback - AD stuck with Emp HP bonus

Approximately 24hrs ago (see this comment for exactly when it happened (silly forum UI doesn't display exact time but assuming you guys can see it)) AS suffered an approximate 5min server rollback (or something of similar effect - everyone was kicked to character select). EP's scrolls reset into their temple (oh well, no one cared), but now AD is stuck with the Emp HP buff even though we've lost Emp since then.



Some people seem to have the buff but not the HP, most seem to have the buff and the HP. I definitely have the Emp HP bonus #hacks




I wonder if the old Emp still has Emp bonuses....

Do you lose it if you log in and out or rezone in and out of cyrodiil?

There is a rare bug where you can keep emperor powers if you get deposed while on a loadscreen transiting between keeps, but you lose it when you relog/rezone. (Happened to a guildy over a year ago on Trueflame)

Re-zoning didn't work, but then game crashed and that fixed it... so yay for crashes?

Well.... it's back again. Re-logging, quitting game entirely nor re-zoning fix it. So from my limited experience it appears you only lose buff if your game happens to crash?

Context: I don't recall specifically when I noticed my HP was increased again, but between now and when it "fixed" itself AD Emp'd and got de-Emp'd again, so possibly contributing factor.

I asked /zone again before logging off (not many people online currently), only 2 people responded saying they have the buff, but no added HP. Just want to reiterate again that I definitely have added HP (going from my normal 15.9k to 17.9k is a big deal :P)

I don't know how much of the population this is effecting, but presumably at least every AD who was online during the server rollback.

This is just a stupid bug, very very dumb.

This happened in AS several months ago when DC had emp health buff even without emp. They were so used to having it at the time anyway tho...

Azura's Star in 1.5 had this same issue except it was EP that would keep the emp health bonus even when dethroned, and even when AD got emp, no one on AD would receive the health bonus.

We had this happen on TF EU a few times, bloody annoying. Sort it ZoS!
