Master Writs will initially say zero (0) voucher reward when it is still in the regular max writ reward coffer.
Once you remove it from the writ coffer, the quest dialog will trigger for the master writ. Whether you accept or save the quest for later, you then find out the voucher amount.
Saving the quest for later keeps the writ unsealed ... and is highly recommended. Players sometimes want another character to do the writ or even trade/sell it to another player. Both of those options can't be done once the master writ quest has started (unsealed).

Gold value gave me 312G, far from 5 or 7g.
And for those thinking that 7 is may be to high, i dont disagree, BUT my problem is more a difference of what is announced and what result it is.
I did have often 2 vouchers, or 5 or 7, had a 96 once, but until that one never had any difference in the reward, and i think that it should not happens what ever amount of vouchers is given as reward.
My husband got 2 vouchers for a legendary voucher. So they also may should review the value of vouchers.
