Up the monthly crowns from 1.650 to 1.900 (taking the yearly offer to 25.000) - many players are not happy to miss 2 DLCs every year after the quarterly content reduction. This would compensate the crowns value and incentivate to remain subbed.

If this change happen, consider not making it simply a "from now on", since there could be players that have just renewed their yearly subscription and would be pissed by missing the increase in crowns.

To add on this: Xbox GamePass gives a permanent 10% discount on every game in its catalogue... Couldn't ESOPlus offer a permanent 10% crowns discount on every item in the store, crates included?

I think this would both incentivize the subscription and boost sales.

Give us a system that has the ability to convert unwanted costumes/mounts/pets into crown gems if we had them drop. The ones we intentionally bought with gems would not qualify for the system. So much trash mounts and pets that we'll not do anything with other than bloat our accounts, it would be nice to be able to decide to keep them or convert them to go into something we actually want. It'd be the same as converting all the trash potions and furniture if you choose to not want them.

Especially if you're going to put everything of interest in the apex tier in crates. Putting so much in apex or up that you have to resort to putting furniture we can easily get from NPC's into the lower tiers as fillers.

Remove the 1000 transmute limitation for eso plus.

    Benefits are:
    - Another incentive to sub
    - Easier inventory management
    - Might even remove some server load since characters carry less items in inventory, like uncracked geodes or items to save 25 transmutes

Increase housing slots across all sizes of houses. I know we get double for being subbed but for many houses, especially the notables, it isn't enough. I just blocked off the crew quarters of the ship house because there is no way to furnish all those rooms with the slots I have left. This is a common thing for players to do with notables, to block off part of the house. Really we shouldn't have to do that. Please find a way to increase the slots.

If yall won't add a hair color pack to the crown store the way you did for hair styles, then how about making it part of ESO+. If we have ESO+ we can change our characters hair color to any of the original ones for all the races, even if that color wasn't specific to that race.

Add a stipend of crown gems to eso+ subs proportionate to the sub length purchased. In addition to what eso+ already offers.

A new stat: LUCK.. Improved RNG on drops.

that would be great, but not overpowered like 2-3% would be enough - applying to all content Quest, Boxes,Bags, Dressers, Wardrobes, PVP, PVE , Nodes.

but what i would like to see is ESO plus do to is to Get maybe AP gain increased.

or let Fence with eso gold items for more / more items to sell/ and better quality items from stelaing pickpocketing, murdering.

reduce drawbacks for ww and vampire Stages by few %?

or Add daliy bonus fortune wheel when you log in : you have chance for XP/AP/Tel Var Buff , gold buff for all day, or skills progress faster buff, your food/drink buff that they are by small % better, finding something unusual once a day or purple/gold mats bag , gold bag.

making your minions from crafting who send you materials once a day to make them send better items more expensive ?
I will always need for more classes in the game... Monk Kung Fu Khajit - with martial art staff and straw hat, Alchemist - throwing bombs and potions , Bard as support rather then healer, and Arificer and Arifact collector of alyed and dwemer ruins

ESO+ members should get an extra 2 free outfit slots per character while their membership is active.

Part 1: So you know how there are tons of DLC, and you can access them while subbed?

    Ok apply this to rider-training:

    • If you've maxed out the speed, stamina, and storage slots to 60/60 on *another character*, your new characters should be able to translate the skill levels as long as you are subbed.
    • If you unsub, your skill levels go back down to their unsubbed levels IE: 5/60, 0/60, 0/60 (only 5 days of training paid with gold on this char example).
    • But while you are subbed, you can still pay for training so that your subbed skill points in rider training shift to unsubbed rider skill points. Just like how you can buy a DLC while subbed so you can access it if you unsub later. IE: You are subbed and the new char has 60/60 for all stats, but you can put points into those stats until you reach 60 unsubbed skill points for rider training.

Reason why? This eliminates the hesitation players have to make new characters. Why now? Subclassing is going to make people create new characters. They are going to get burnt out from slow riding if they already have a max level character and are just testing some skill combinations, but at least they don't HAVE to waste the gold to get skyshards faster just to discover they don't like a class combination.

    Part 2:
While subbed, an extra Armory slot and outfit slot are accessible.

These are locked out when unsubbed. They are their own special slots (1 for armory, 1 for outfit per character) for subbers only. They are *not purchase-able* but can be copied + overwrite an existing unsubbed-slot even when not subbed. Why? It promotes ESO+ sub beyond just the craftbag, and people will still buy extra slots.

    Edit: Forgot part 2

As a subscriber, I would like to have discounts ON ABSOLUTELY all products sold in the crown store, as well as daily rewards only for subscribers, like the longer you have a subscription, the more valuable rewards you get. For example, one crown box every day.

Another idea came up: an assistant that will independently collect resources from research cards, only by subscription. Collecting resources from cards is quite a tedious task, especially when a lot of cards have accumulated.

Because I won't get an answer, I have to assume that player engagement is probably the most sought-after metric besides profits. Receiving a bunch of free things is nice, like many suggest for ESO+. I'm going to suggest a different approach.

Focus ESO+ on player activities and rewards for doing such.

    1) ESO+ players unlock one additional Endeavor for both Daily and Weekly. (Alternatively, ESO+ players have access to each available Endeavors.)
Reason: Not only will this encourage more engagement in the game, ESO+ players really do deserve to receive cool-looking stuff more often than non-subs. Sure, we still need to work for those things, but now instead of getting a Radiant Apex mount every 6 months, we can get one every 2 months.

    2) Double Event Rewards (tickets, boxes, etc).
Reason: This drives engagement in the events. Some may view this as unfair because if a player gets twice the things, they may be able to sell more of the event items. I think this is a minor concern. No one is getting filthy rich off event items...

    3) Discounts on ALL Crown Store items.
Reason: If ZOS wants to add more revenue, incentivizing the paying customers to consider paying a bit more is the best approach. I'd consider getting more items on the crown store if they were always cheaper for me.

    4) Training Portal and Assistant (which allows a player inside a home to enter a portal where an assistant would allow them to equip any equipment, of any customization, for testing purposes).
Reason: I don't like that if I'm curious about a build, I have to have the PTS downloaded and updated, pull everything out from the bags, often not knowing where things are located, setting up a training dummy, and then finally being able to go about it. There's got to be a better way! An assistant would have a UI that allows us to basically search the stickerbook, choose an item of what quality, enchant, trait, style. Then choose any skills, mundus, curse, etc. Inside the portal would be 1 dungeon dummy, 1 trial dummy, a cluster of 5 dungeon dummies, and a cluster of 5 trial dummies. ESO+ would be a simple and convenient way to theorycraft, which would then encourage players to go out into the world and find all those pieces of gear.

    5) Loyalty Rewards.
Reason: If ESO struggles with retention, it's because it needs a reason for players to stay. Rewarding players for subscribing for 1-12+ months is the best way to do this in my opinion. I believe I've suggested this in the past: Give 1 Loyalty Currency each month subscribed. If purchasing several months of ESO+ at a time, give 1 currency for each month purchased. That Currency can buy exclusive things: Purchase 1 whole stickerbook for x amount as long as that stickerbook has items already collected in it. Purchase crown crates for x amount. Purchase a house for x amount. Convert the currency into Crown Gems. Etc.

An evolving cosmetic! This could be a hat, which changes its appearance the longer your ESO+ total is accumulated, starting at 1 year, 2 years, 3 years...

Example: Bronze circlet with a gemstone for 1 year... 3 gemstones for 3 years... Silver circlet with a gemstone for 4 years... Electrum circlet with a gemstone for 7 years... Maxing out at a golden circlet for 10 years of total ESO+ subscription time.

This thread was originally created in 2017.

    Major necro.

by the way, the reason I stopped subbing was after over 8 years of continuous subbing I got nothing for my loyalty except worsening performance and virtually everyone on my friends list leaving the game due to poor performance in cyrodiil.
