[BUG] Invisible players in Cyrodiil (homestead)

First ennemy player I've met in Cyrodiil was invisble for me, and still was after I died and respawn at the keep:
lAW8D9l.jpg (you see the restro heavy attack hes casting)
After reloadui I could see him again, but its gamebreaking

    It happened to me in live server when a dead guy challenged to me to duel.

    They fix cloak at the expense of everyone else seeing them!! Nice.

    Bump. Nothing about this bug in the 2.7.1 patch notes @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_RichLambert please this must be fixed before Homestead goes live.

    Yeah I've seen it happen on live with same faction chars for months (with group members being invisible in particular) but never for ennemy factions (apart from a few chars exploiting a few patches ago) until homestead pts.

    It made it to live, so much for us downloading, testing and giving ZOS info on a game breaking bug. Just total silence.

    That explain while i got hit by melee proccs/ attacks from two dudes while only seeing the one guy.. should've read the forums better.

    Yesterday I personally "saw" enemy taking a resource - only effects from his attacks were visible. Second time, I "saw" invisible enemy templar, now this was kinda funny - to receive a beam out of pure air... :D Also I "saw" an ally, well, only effects from his buffs were seen. Other people in zone reported invisible enemies too, so this bug is not even very rare :/

    Please, add ability to use all new idle animations on every mount!

    Please, fix the bugged lights! They ruin visuals of environment and mounts.
