Mark me down as being disappointed.

It'll never happen!
It occurs to me that the reason there is no news as yet on this bug is due to the fact the dev team have absolutely NO clue as how to fix it. This is usual when you skimp on decent coders. One has to wonder why we even bother with this game anymore. It is just one balls up after another. Each maintenence downtime takes longer than it should and every time they 'fix' something, they break something else!
ESO is supposed to be an enjoyable game, but where is the joy when the whole thing is constantly buggered by incomepetent coders, inept managers and a PR department full of people who obviously do not care? Case in point! We were told 'soon' many hours ago, and no news since. This is disresectful to their customers ( us ) and if we had any brains, we would vote with our wallets and cacel our subs ( already cancelled mine ).
ZOS are taking the *** out of us, and like passive idiots, we are letting them do it to us!
Problem is, not enough customers here have the cajones to stand up to it. Too many sycophant fanboi's in the game who see it as their ( somewhat misguided ) duty to defend ZOS at all costs, thus dismissing our concerns and marginalising our complaints!
If anyone feels as I do, feel free to message me. Not enough pressure is put on ZOS about this and we need to do something before ESO is further turned into unplayable smeg!
I tend to believe ZOS's definition of 'soon' differs wildly from the accepted definition.

Oddly I've been reloading the Dev Tracker page all day and nothing after Gina's 9:18 a.m. (Pacific Time) post showed until after I clicked that link and read the announcement through your quote (now at 6:20 p.m.). Then all the sudden it shows on Dev Tracker.... things are really odd here.
And yes, they're extending it by a week because they won't bother fixing it until Monday...
