Strange patching

So, I woke up, server came up, did pledges, did some crag....got kicked off. Tried to log back in, was told my client was out of date, the launcher then downloaded 50 MB, and now I'm sitting here trying to log in again.
Did anyone else get this?

Actually the Cyrodiil hotfix didn't need a download, but the fix for EU players logging in did.

Exept the servers were up for lord knows how long after the patch. Is this the same patch? I'm fine if it is, but given I sat there for maybe 30 minutes waiting to log into the NA server, I'm mildly concerned.

I saw it, and I thank you for posting it. Figured it was that small fix, just kinda concerned when I had to stop the client to repair, after nearly 30 minutes unable to log in.0 -

Last night, one of my group mates had some issues getting kicked and getting back on, eventually it all worked out. But for about 10 minutes it was quite painful as he tried to log back on. We were in a Group Delve so that might have had some impact on this.
I logged on this morning at around 8:30 EST for about 30 minutes, and it was fine for me then.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I got kicked in a very unpopulated location in Stormhaven, downloaded the patch, then spent 30 minutes waiting for a character select screen that never came. I just repaired the client, then tried logging in again. I'm still waiting to see the character select screen.

It can take a while after a patch to log in, up to 5 minutes I have seen. Not longer than that, although I have seen some people posting that it has taken more than 5 minutes. Typically, it is more like 2 to 3 minutes.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
